An archive shot from a trip to Vietnam and the fantastic city of Hanoi.

One of the final shots from the bookstore, I found this to be an odd combination for subject matter on the table so captured it and made a great slide for Sliders Sunday.

This poor Gosling couldn't gain access to Mom - there were at least five more to compete with ! Seen at the Huntington Library & Botanical Gardens.

I eat a lot of garlic. I wonder if that is why visitors don't stay long?

Low down Tilt Screen Shot.

The green tree was the only one in this woodland. I really like that and the texture and colour of the bark of the three front trees right on the edge of the wood

You know you are starting to get a bit bored with COVID routines when you start paying a bit more attention to the ducks at your local park. On our walk yesterday, I saw this guy in the pen where all the other common ducks and swans hang out. The colouring around his eye is what caught my eye at first. Then I checked out the ring of white feathers around his neck. He/she had some lovely coloring in his feathers. It was the only duck of it’s kind that I could see which made him an odd duck for this scene. I hope he/she is not trying to escape his Red Zone! Happy Wing Wednesday!

You are the snake, get around me

And it came with rain

Never seen what raining

So I just could lead the way

There’s nowhere to ride around me

No one around, it’s amazing

Elevating as it seems to you

But no, never mind

Never come out

Where to ride when it’s raining?

You were mine

So I’m with you baby

You were to put it else yeah baby

You were right, you made it

You were alright

This Vespa stood out not only because of its colour and artwork but because it was the only one amongst Harleys and other fierce looking beasties! I did some editing in photoshop to make the red pop more.

Big thanks for all your views, likes and comments! Happy Smile on Saturday 😀

As the skies cleared a rainbow of sorts appeared. There didn't seem to be any rain clouds around and I didn't feel any rain

Cannot find the same shaped Clouds in any images of 'Cloud types' on the Internet - Nearest match is Altocumulus Clouds. If you know better, please let me know.

Thank you for your kind comments and visits they are much appreciated.

I cannot always ‘Thank’ everyone individually, however, I will still try to respond and thank all those that leave a ‘Comment’.

It took a long time for mama duck to bring her darlings into the open. For good reason as they are tasty treats for many of the other denizens that inhabit the wetlands. Finally, she crossed an open stretch and very briefly the ducklings lined up on the near side of Mom. To my delight, just one of the ducklings turned his head and checked me out. If I were adopting a duckling, that would be the one! (Mottled Duck – Anas fulvigula) (Sony a1ii, 200-600 lens @ 474mm, f/9, 1/800 second, ISO 1600)
