Spc. Joel Hughes, Headquarters and Headquarters Company for the 350th Civil Affairs Command, Pensacola, Fl., maintains his balance as he maneuvers through the "weaver" obstacle, June 15, as part of this year's U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command Best Warrior selection. Hughes competed against 13 other Soldiers and Non-commissioned officers from across the nation to take home this year’s Best Warrior of the Year Soldier category and represent USACAPOC at the Army Reserve competition in July. USACAPOC is five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command’s force and is responsible for 20 percent of the Army Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states. A trainer set two snow blocks on the stage for Orkid's stage slide. When she slid up, she knocked one further back, and daintily lifted her pec over the second one. Then she slid back up and knocked it into the water with her chin.
