A brutal hill session at this week Tough Mudder training, 1st pair to reach 50 hill sprints of the SupaHill in 80 mins… we didn’t quite get there but a good effort none the less.
We had 2 people throw up this week, one up on last week… so training must be getting tougher!
This week we’re stair training… our last training session before the big one at the Cronulla Sand Dunes on October 25th.
I look forward to seeing you soon - Dan www.dangerouslyfit.com.au/
