The DOF is wide, the light is large and harsh 3/4 side

Mystery object time. I'm about 3" long, 3/4" diameter, flat at one end, rounded at the other, made out of stone or some mineral and have a rifled hole going through my middle... but what am I?

now I know the term for this kind of parachute, it's called the Power parachute! It is in Dalian Tiger Ocean park (大连老虎滩海洋公园）It is drived by motor as you can see the man in it. The engine or motor makes a very loud sound, very noisy.....
