The Odd Fellows complex in Liberty,MO. served members and the public till the '70s.It included a hospital,retirement home,asylum,and orphanage at one time.Since abandonment,it has become a popular location for paranormal investigators because of the supposed large number of patients(10000!) that died there.This is a shot of the façade of the old hospital with the sign outside nearly buried in the foliage...
During my half hour wondering thru the hallways of the badly decayed structures,I felt nothing paranormal,just bewilderment and sadness over why such a grand old place that served so many,can be left to rot away like this...
This location was showcased this week on the popular paranormal show "Ghost Adventures ". I guess I need to check it out and see what I missed? ?
