We pulled over to admire and photograph the late sunset sky. I took this picture before we turned the car lights off and another one after we turned off the lights, see below.

This Blythe doll is Simply Guava, posing for the theme Mountains/Landscape in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. This travel poster is my favorite of the 15 or so that were in the package I bought from Amazon. I love the colors and the flamingos. The cute jumpsuit on Guava just arrived from Filledereve on Etsy, and this theme seemed like a fun way to showcase both the poster and the outfit.

A barn with character that is on its decline. It would be nice to see a picture of it in its prime.

The sculpture is 60 feet (18 m) tall of the heads of former United States presidents (in order from left to right) George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. They represent the US birth, grow, development and preservation. The entire memorial covers 1,278.45 acres (5.17 km2) and is at an altitude of 5,725 feet (1,745 m). The colossal sculpture was carved between October 4, 1927, and October 31, 1941 (Wikipedia).

A row of terraced house on a steep hill on the Isle of Portland. The effect was achieved by duplicating the base layer in Photoshop, applying the cut-out filter, adding some colour saturation to this layer, then selecting overlay in the layers palette to bring out the saturation and contrast. I really like the finished effect.
