Hi everyone,
Wasn't planning to post any new content until the early to mid stages of January, but I thought I'd throw one more image out there for 2022.
This is a Pine Marten(American Marten) from my trip this week to Algonquin Provincial Park here in Ontario, Canada.
I'll see you all again in a week or two with more new content. Until then, Happy New Year!
I'm also on Instagram, Facebook and Vero @gregtaylorphotography

Comobabi Mountains. Tohono O'Odham Nation. Southwest Arizona. Full frame. No crop. No post processing.
African Iris, Dietes iridioides, our front yard. Macro on tripod, which I can manage with one good hand.
I am just back from an unreal trip to Montana, Washington and Idaho. My photos are all up on my website- www.achphotos.smugmug.com
Like the northern lights I completely missed out on the rare appearance of snow down here this week. North Dorset, Wiltshire and even Weston got a dumping but nothing whatsoever on the South Coast.
Still what can beat seeing snow covered mountains? Taken handheld with my 200mm lens which has been repaired (after I slipped on ice and dropped it). I was £500 lighter but I'm getting it back through my home insurance and it's like a new lens. Result!
I bet North Wales is even more beautiful this week but its maybe unlikely I'd be able to get around.
Have a lovely weekend x
When the tide is out in Daniels Bay the patterns formed by the reflections on the water and the sand produce a nice abstract effect.

Just a simple candid street style snap taken at Folkestone Kent UK of some folk on a Chill Out at a local bar.

For 50 years these two steam locomotives stood in a shed, 600 km from Stockholm, ready in case of war and lack of electricity. They were the last hidden locomotives and can soon be seen at a museum in the city of Gavle.
With so many Juvenile European Starlings about, it's hard not to focus on just one. This one here stood out against the green leaves of the service berry bush, a favorite food among birds.
I post this in honor of our big event, today. It's snowing! Big, fluffy clumps drifting down at a lazy pace. We haven't had snow here--in Georgia (southeastern US)--for years. The temperatures are supposed to rise in a few hours, so it is an ephemeral treat.
