I paid a gentleman to put this together, too. The photos are more of those that my family and I salvaged from our former home.

Our pet Sandhill Crane stops by for a visit and enjoys the statuary.

Frasier comes by pretty much every early afternoon and spends a couple of hours preening, with a few slurps from the bird bath. This may be the last shot I post of him. It's a terrible spot for photography with crappy backgrounds and weird light.

Plus, we all know how much I like bird photography.

This chair was a gift from my good high school friend.

These are more of the salvaged photos from our former house in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. They were also some of the 76 photos that were featured in the June 3-30 showing at the Jefferson Cutter Gallery in Arlington, Massachusetts.. The bookcase and bureau are furniture that I paid a gentleman to put together. I had him put another of that bureau for my daughter for her bedroom. I also crocheted the covers for the tops of both of them.

Sunny yellow flower. This hibiscus lives indoors on my kitchen windowsill, and it would drop dead in the chill outside, but it still responds to Spring by bursting into bloom.

As it's titled plus the rose bush on the right.

If I do decide to have the sunroom made into a combination computer and game room, the doors would need to be sturdier.

Our House stuck inside rainy day

had to shoot something Canon 50D

Finally got a nice -almost noise free- shot of this little fella. Such beautiful little hummers!

Just sunning itself in the morning. When it turned into the sun, its gorget really lit up but I missed that shot because the glare temporarily blinded me! lol

This shows the upper portion of the salvaged photos that are in the spare bedroom bookcase.

It is quite large, probably as large as our living room, maybe larger. There's 1 light in it and 1 electrical plug and has a cement floor. It might take quite a bit of work to make it into a combined computer and game room and probably expensive as well. I think it would have to be done in small stages if I do decide to go that way.

I didn't get out there early enough in order to get more than this photo of a couple of the roses in our backyard. There is also a rose bush in the front yard, but I was even later trying to get a photo of any of them.

More of the salvaged photos on the opposite side of the spare bedroom's bed.

Apricots on our apricot tree in our backyard. We wound up having quite a number of them last year and quite a few this year as well.

A taller view of the apricot tree in our backyard. Last year we had quite a few from it.

Most of this side of the room is my husband's side of the bed which includes more of the salvaged photos from our former home in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The bed, pillows, pillowcases, sheets and bed are more of some of the things that my good high school friend gave us. I crocheted the afghans on the bed.

Noted landscraper, Handlungsunfähiger VonBraun, has updated the gardens of Schloss Grudnick.

Years ago when my mother was still alive (died October 14, 2009 after 29 days in Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose, Massachusetts), she took a doll-making course and received an outstanding grade and certificate in it. She had already been an excellent crocheter which probably helped her in doing so good with the doll-making course. My sister. Jean, had sent it to me, which has been helped me feel like I have quite a loving remembrance of my mother.

These were all some of my cuter Christmas gifts from my daughter Maria. I've got them sitting on top of the corner computer desk that I bought. They're sitting next to my photo printer that prints 13x19 photos. The gentleman that put most of the furniture I bought put the desk together.

As the title says.

This is my husband's bureau. It is another of the items that my good high school friend gave us. More salvaged photos are around it.

This is on the dining room table. We don't use salt so we decided to put ginger in one of the shakers and pepper in the other. It's sitting on top of the crocheted tablecloth along with the Dollar Tree musical snowman and the Christmas cards we received last year.

These photos are still more of some of my matted and framed photographs that my family and I salvaged from our former home in Massachusetts. That chair by the window is more of what some of my good high school friend gave us. They're also some of the 76 photos that were part of the exhibit from June 3-2012 at the Jefferson Cutter Gallery in Arlington, Massachusetts.

These are on the hallway wall next to my daughter's bedroom door. The top left photo was taken in Boston, Massachusetts, the top left is the Tewksbury Country Club in Tewksbury, MA, the next is a reflective building photo from downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan, the bottom left is a shot of the downward trail in the Grand Canyon and the bottom right was taken in San Francisco, California.

loved the light and our roof looks like ice

This is a more centered view of our bed in the master bedroom. The bed, mattress, pillows, pillowcases and sheets are more of the items that my good high school friend gave us. The crocheted afghans are more of my handiwork. Maria's bed and all that's on it - mattress, pillows, etc, in her room is also more of what my good high school friend gave us along with a desk that she uses for her laptop, night table, and a colorful stand-up lamp. The red pillows/pillowcases are Dan's side of the bed while the blue are mine.

Taken last night (from window) with flash. It was so dark that I had a hard time even seeing it to focus!

We often get these owls hanging around the bird feeder area, at night. I am guessing they are after the mice that are attracted by dropped seeds... and that's fine by me. When this one flew off, there was absolutely no sound.. really eerie.

I bought the dresser and paid for a gentleman to put it together. I also bought that tv - also put together and mounted by another gentleman, especifically for this room. My husband likes to watch the news a lot (which I don't particularly care to because there's a lot of negativity to it), plus he likes to watch a lot of sports and westerns because he used to ride horses a lot when he was younger. Of course there's also a lot more of the salvaged photos from our former home. There's also a surge protector connected to the cable and the tv as an electrician told us it's smart to do so to protect both when there's storms.

There's some newer Dollar Tree ornaments here that I bought last December. I also put string around a couple mini-M & M's containers to make an ornament out of it. All are on the tree that has my crocheted treeskirty around it.

These are on the wall opposite the bed. The lighthouse one in the middle is of the South Haven lighthouse in South Haven, Michigan. My husband and I went to Michigan as my good friend, Gary Martin, was going to have an exhibit in 1 of the galleries there. We became acquainted through both of us posting our photos to www.photoblink.com. Gary persuaded me to start shooting with slide film and bought it for me (which of course I paid him back for it). Not being familiar with slide film, I didn't realize it takes a little more time for a photo to be processed when taking it and I picked up my camera on its stand and moved. The movement created the "ribbon-candy" effect with the lights. It wound up being a 2-day "Photo of the Day" on Photoblink. I had a Kalamazoo photo lab print three 12x19 prints of it and had a local gallery mat and frame them. One became mine, one was a Christmas present for my husband and one was a Christmas present to my friend Gary.

As you can see, there are quite a few bushes and trees in our backyard plus a rose bush.

The walls have more of the salvaged photos from our former home. The door across from the bathroom door leads to a very large closet that has most of Dan's and my clothes. The mirror above the sink reflects more of some of the items that are on the wall next to my side of the bed.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

This was also taken with a 1-time use camera in July 2020 of the house in Rio Rancho, NM that we bought on 5/9/19. I e-mailed the photo lab I've used in the past to process slide film, but so far they haven't answered me and I haven't tried to find a photo lab here in NM. Because I don't have somewhere to process slide film if I use the used Canon cameras to take picture, I haven't yet tried to take any new photos with them.

A better view of some more of the salvaged photos on the hallway wall before the master bedroom. The closet on the right has shelves that contain a lot of food - soups, sauce, facial tissues, toilet tissues, granola. etc.

A shot of 1 of the puzzles I put together. It's on a folding table in the living room that I bought from Wayfair so I would have a table to use for the puzzles.

Here is a photo of the former playroom. Most of the furniture nad fixtures came from IKEA, so that is one reason we call it the IKEA room now.

As this says, this is a slightly different view of some new Christmas tree ornaments from Dollar Tree including some of the ones I crocheted and made with beads and pins.

Again taken with a 1-time use camera of part of the front of our house in Rio Rancho, NM from part of the driveway. It's nicely landscaped both in the front and the enclosed backyard.

This is the third or spare bedroom in our house. All the photos are more of the ones that my family and I salvaged from the Texas Road side of our house in Tewksbury, Massachusetts that burned in a 2-alarm fire on 2/17/18. The pillow cases and pillows are new ones that I bought along with the night tables and lamps. I crocheted the covers on the night tables. The bedspread and outside pillow covers are some of the many that my very generous good high school friend gave us.
