The Old Mill House is a replica of the Perryman's Mill which closed in 1887. The new "Old Mill" was built by the Jemison Company to promote the newly-developed residential suburb of Mountain Brook. It is located on the foundations of the earlier grist mill, on the bank of Shades Creek.

This is an old Bakelite telephone I came across whilst visiting the Pierhead building in Cardiff Bay. A far cry from the handheld mobile phones that are used today. I can't begin to imagine the conversations that have been had on this telephone!

View of the Old Town of Dubrovnik and Lokrum island from our holiday apartment's balcony, early in the morning on another hot and humid day. According to legend, Richard the Lionheart was shipwrecked in 1192 after returning home from the crusades and was cast safely ashore on Lokrum.
The Tora Torrent located in Tuscany,Italy.It is a stretch of water from below Pisan Hills, south of the Arno Valley below.
With its 29 kilometres, with a still very low, is the longest river that receives most of its tributaries from Leghorn Hills.It leads in Scolmatore dell'Arno near Mortaiolo.
