આગામી સપ્તાહમાં ૧૮,ડિસેમ્બરના મળનારી જીએસટી કાઉન્સિલની ૩૮મી મીટિંગ પર બજારની નજર રહેશે. રેટ વધારવાના સંજોગોમાં બજારોમાં આ નેગેટીવ પરિબળને લઈ આંચકા આવતાં જોવાશે, અન્યથા બજારમાં રિકવરી આગળ વધતી જોવાશે. આગામી સપ્તાહમાં જાહેર થનારા હોલસેલ ફુગાવાના આંક-ડબલ્યુપીઆઈ નવેમ્બર ૨૦૧૯ મહિના માટેનો સોમવારે ૧૬,ડિસેમ્બરના જાહેર થનાર છે એના પર બજારની નજર રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત રિઝર્વ બેંક ઓફ ઈન્ડિયાનની તાજેતરમાં યોજાયેલી ધિરાણ નીતિ સમીક્ષા મીટિંગ બાદ હવે ગુરૂવારે ૧૯,ડિસેમ્બર ૨૦૧૯ના આ મીટિંગની જાહેર થનારી મીનિટ્સ પર બજારની નજર રહેશે. આ સાથે હવે ક્રુડ ઓઈલના આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ભાવ અને રૂપિયા-અમેરિકી ડોલરના મૂલ્યમાં વધઘટ પર બજારની નજર રહેશે.

એનએસઈ( KEI), બીએસઈ(૫૧૭૫૬૯) લિસ્ટેડ, રૂ.૨ પેઈડ-અપ, ૪૫.૫૯ ટકા પ્રમોટર્સ હોલ્ડિંગની, વર્ષ ૧૯૬૮માં પાર્ટનરશીપ કંપની તરીકે શરૂ થયેલી ,ISO 9001 : 2008, OHSAS 18001 : 2007, OHSAS 14001 : 2004, ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005 Certified, કેઈઆઈ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ લિમિટેડ(KEI INDUSTRIES LIMITED) વાયર્સ અને કેબલ્સમાં ભારતની અગ્રણી કંપનીઓમાં એક Brugg Kabel AG, Switzerland સાથે ટેકનીકલ કોલોબ્રેશન ધરાવતી પ્રમુખ ત્રણ ડિવિઝન કેબલ્સ, સ્ટેનલેસ સ્ટીલ વાયર્સ અને ટર્નકી પ્રોજેક્ટ થકી કાર્યરત છે. કંપની ૯૨૬ ડિસ્ટ્રીબ્યુટરોના નેટવર્ક થકી રીટેલ અને ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ ક્ષેત્રે પાવર, ઓઈલ રીફાઈનરીઝ, રેલવેઝ, ઓટોમોબાઈલ્સ, સિમેન્ટ, સ્ટીલ, ફર્ટીલાઈઝર્સ, ટેકસટાઈલ, રિયલ એસ્ટેટ ક્ષેત્રો-ઉદ્યોગોને પોતાના ઉત્પાદનો ભારતમાં પૂરા પાડતી અને સિંગાપુર, કોરિયા, નાઈજીરિયા, કઝાકિસ્તાન અને દુબઈમાં ઓફિસો થકી અને ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયામાં એજન્ટો થકી ૪૫થી વધુ દેશોમાં નિકાસો કરી રહી છે. નિકાસ બજારો ચાલુ વર્ષે મજબૂત રહી અગાઉના અંદાજો મુજબ રહી કંપનીને ચાલુ વર્ષમાં ૩૦ થી ૩૫ ટકા વૃદ્વિની અપેક્ષા છે.
વાયર્સ અને કેબલ્સ : એક્સ્ટ્રા હાઈ વોલ્ટેજ(ઈએચવી) કેબલ ૨૨૦ કેવી ક્ષમતા સુધી જર્મન ટેકનોલોજી( ૪૦૦ કેવી ક્ષમતા અમલીકરણ હેઠળ છે.), એચટી એક્સએલપીઈ કેબલ્સ ૨૨૦ કેવી ક્ષમતા સુધી, લો ટેન્શન-એલટી પાવર કેબલ્સ પીવીસી અથવા એક્સએલપીઈ ઈન્સ્યુલેશન ગ્રેડ ૩.૩ કેવી ક્ષમતા સુધી, બધા પ્રકારના ઈલેક્ટ્રિક યુટીલિટીઝ, ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ અને કમર્શિયલ બજારોમાં ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતાં પાવર અને કંટ્રોલ કેબલ્સ, પ્રોસેસ ઈન્સ્ટ્રુમેન્ટેશન માટે વિસ્તુત રેન્જના કેબલ્સ, પ્રોસેસ ટેમ્પરેચર મેઝરમેન્ટ માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતા થર્મોકપલ એક્સ્ટેનશન/કમ્પેનસેટિંગ, રબર કેબલ્સ અને પાવર, કંટ્રોલ અને ઈન્સ્ટ્રુમેન્ટેશન વાયરીંગ માટે ખાસ વિકસાવેલા ફાયર સર્વાઈવલ કેબલ્સ, ફલેમ રીટાર્ડન્ટ પીવીસી ઈન્સ્યુલેટેડ હાઉસહોલ્ડ એપ્લીકેશન્સ માટેના વાયર્સ, પીવીસી કમ્પાઉન્ડના સ્પેશ્યલ ગ્રેડ સાથે ઈન્સ્યુલેટેડ પીવીસી વાઈન્ડિંગ વાયર્સ, સ્ટેનલેસ સ્ટીલ વાયર્સ જેમાં વેલ્ડિંગ વાયર્સ, હાર્ડ સ્ટેનલેસ સ્ટીલ વાયર, કોલ્ડ હેડીંગ વાયર્સ, ફાઈન સ્ટેનલેસ સ્ટીલ વાયર્સ, મરીન અને ઓફશોર કેબલ્સ, સોલાર કેબલ્સનું મેન્યુફેકચરીંગ ક્ષેત્રે સક્રિય અગ્રણી કંપનીઓમાં એક છે. કંપની તેની ૨૨૦ કેવી માટેની ઈએચવી કેબલ્સની ક્ષમતા બમણી કરી રહી છે, તેમ જ ભારતની પ્રથમ કંપની છે જે મોટા શહેરોમાં અન્ડરગ્રાઉન્ડ કેબલિંગમાં ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતા ૪૦૦ કેવી ઈએચવી કેબલ્સના મેન્યુફેકચરીંગમાં છે.
ઈપીસી ડિવિઝન : કંપની વાયર્સ અને કેબલ્સના મેન્યુફેકચરીંગ અને સોલ્યુશન ઉપરાંત એન્જિનિયરીંગ, પ્રોક્યોરમેન્ટ અને કન્સ્ટ્રકશન-ઈપીસી બિઝનેસ ડિવિઝન હેઠળ ઈન્ટીગ્રેટેડ ડિઝાઈન, એન્જિનિયરીંગ, ફિલ્ડ સર્વિસિઝ, કન્સ્ટ્રકશન અને મટીરિયલ પ્રોકયોરમેન્ટ, પ્રોજેકટ મેનેજમેન્ટ સર્વિસિઝ સહિતની સર્વિસિઝ પૂરી પાડે છે. કંપની પૂર્ણ ટર્નકી સોલ્યુશન્સમાં પ્રીફર્ડ પાર્ટનર છે.
ઓર્ડર બુક : રૂ.૪૫૦૦ કરોડની ઓર્ડર બુક ધરાવતી અને આ પૈકી રૂ.૪૩૭૦ કરોડના પેન્ડિંગ ઓર્ડરો ધરાવતી કંપનીએ તેના ગાઈડન્સ મુજબ ઓર્ડર બુકમાં ૧૭ થી ૧૮ ટકાની વૃદ્વિ જાળવી છે. ઈપીસી ડિવિઝનમાં આવક પણ નાણાકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૧૬માં ૫૮ ટકા વધીને રૂ.૪૯૮ કરોડ હાંસલ કરી હતી. અત્યારે રૂ.૪૪૯૮ કરોડની ઓર્ડર બુક ધરાવતી કંપનીએ પાસે ઈપીસી માટે રૂ.૨૦૩૩ કરોડ, ઈએચવી માટે રૂ.૭૫૬ કરોડ, કેબલ માટે રૂ.૧૧૮૮ કરોડ, નિકાસો માટે રૂ.૫૨૧ કરોડનો ઓર્ડરો છે.
મેન્યુફેકચરીંગ સવલતો : કંપની તેની ત્રણ મેન્યુફેકચરીંગ સવલતોમાં (૧) ભિવાડી-રાજસ્થાન (૨) સિલ્વાસા-દાદરા નગર હવેલી કેન્દ્ર શાસિત પ્રદેશ અને (૩) ચોપાન્કી-અલ્વર જિલ્લા, રાજસ્થાનમાં મેન્યુફેકચરીંગ સવલતો ધરાવે છે. કંપની ૭૦૦ કિલોમીટર ઈએચવી કેબલ્સ, ૫૭૦૦ કિલોમીટર એચટી કેબલ્સ, ૭૬,૭૦૦ કિલોમીટર એલટી કેબલ્સ, કંટ્રોલ કેબલ્સ, પાવર કેબલ્સ, ઈન્સ્ટ્રુમેન્ટેશન કેબલ્સ, રબર કેબલ્સ અને ૩,૭૫,૦૦૦ કિલોમીટર વાઈન્ડિંગ, ફલેક્સીબલ્સ અને હાઉસ વાયર્સ, ૪૮૦૦ મેટ્રિક ટન સ્ટેનલેસ સ્ટીલ વાયરની ક્ષમતા ધરાવે છે.

કંપની મેનેજમેન્ટને ચાલુ નાણાકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૧૯-૨૦માં આવકમાં ૧૮ ટકા વૃદ્વિ હાંસલ થવાની અપેક્ષા છે. આ સાથે કંપનીને આગામી નવા નાણાકીય વર્ષમાં આવકમાં ૧૭ ટકા જેટલી વૃદ્વિ હાંસલ કરી શકવાનો વિશ્વાસ છે.

૪૫.૫૯ ટકા પ્રમોટર્સ હોલ્ડિંગ, મ્યુચ્યુઅલ ફંડો પાસે ૧૫.૯૧ ટકા પૈકી એચડીએફસી ટ્રસ્ટી કંપની પાસે ૫.૦૬ ટકા, સુંદરમ મ્યુચ્યુઅલ ફંડ પાસે ૧.૬૨ ટકા, ફ્રેન્કલિન ટેમ્પલટન મ્યુચ્યુઅલ ફંડ હસ્તક ૬.૧૮ ટકા, એડલવેઈઝ ટ્રસ્ટીશીપ કંપની પાસે ૧.૦૩ ટકા છે. અલ્ટરનેટ ઈન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટ ફંડો પાસે ૩.૩૨ ટકા પૈકી વેન્ટેજ ઈક્વિટી ફંડ પાસે ૧.૯૫ ટકા છે. ફોરેન પોર્ટફોલિયો ઈન્વેસ્ટરો પાસે ૧૨.૨૯ ટકા પૈકી ગામ મલ્ટિસ્ટોક ઈમર્જિંગ માર્કેટ્સ ઈક્વિટી પાસે ૧.૩૫ ટકા, મેસેચ્યુએટ ઈન્સ્ટીટયુટ ઓફ ટેકનોલોજી પાસે ૧.૪૩ ટકા છે. કોર્પોરેટ બોડીઝ પાસે ૨.૦૪ ટકા, હાઈ નેટવર્થ ઈન્વેસ્ટરો પૈકી અજય ઉપાધ્યાય પાસે ૧.૨૬ ટકા છે. જ્યારે આમ જનતા રૂ.૨ લાખ સુધી વ્યક્તિગત શેર મૂડી ધરાવતા પાસે ૧૪.૪૧ ટકા હોલ્ડિંગ છે.
નાણાકીય પરિણામ :
(૧) પૂર્ણ વર્ષ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૧૮ થી માર્ચ ૨૦૧૯ : ચોખ્ખી આવક રૂ.૩૪૫૮.૮૦ કરોડ થી ૨૨ ટકા વધીને રૂ.૪૨૨૬.૯૬ કરોડ મેળવીને એનપીએમ ૪.૩૦ ટકા થકી ચોખ્ખો નફો રૂ.૧૪૪.૫૬ કરોડની તુલનાએ ૨૬ ટકા વધીને રૂ.૧૮૧.૮૭ કરોડ નોંધાવી શેર દીઠ આવક રૂ.૧૮.૨ થી વધીને રૂ.૨૨.૯ હાંસલ કરી છે.
(૨) બીજા ત્રિમાસિક જુલાઈ ૨૦૧૯ થી સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૯ : ચોખ્ખી આવક રૂ.૯૯૬.૭૯ કરોડની તુલનાએ ૨૩ ટકા વધીને રૂ.૧૨૩૦.૧૭ કરોડ મેળવીને એનપીએમ ૬.૧૯ ટકા થકી ચોખ્ખો નફો રૂ.૪૧.૩૭કરોડ થી ૮૪ટકા વધીને રૂ.૭૬.૧૭ કરોડ નોંધાવી શેર દીઠ આવક રૂ.૯.૬૫ હાંસલ કરી છે.
(૩) પ્રથમ અર્ધવાર્ષિક એપ્રિલ ૨૦૧૯ થી સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૯ : ચોખ્ખી આવક રૂ.૧૮૮૦.૬૯ કરોડની તુલનાએ ૨૩ ટકા વધીને રૂ.૨૩૧૧.૫૨ કરોડ નોંધાવી એનપીએમ ૫.૨૬ ટકા થકી ચોખ્ખો નફો રૂ.૭૩.૫૫ કરોડથી ૬૬ ટકા વધીને રૂ.૧૨૧.૯૮ કરોડ મેળવી શેર દીઠ અર્ધવાર્ષિક આવક રૂ.૧૫.૫૦ હાંસલ કરી છે.
(૪) અપેક્ષિત પૂર્ણ વર્ષ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૧૯ થી માર્ચ ૨૦૨૦ : અપેક્ષિત ચોખ્ખી આવક રૂ.૪૯૯૨.૪૫ કરોડ થકી અપેક્ષિત ચોખ્ખો નફો રૂ.૨૫૧.૬૭ કરોડ નોધાવી શેર દીઠ આવક રૂ.૩૧.૬૫ અપેક્ષિત છે.
(૫) વેલ્યુએશન : ટ્રીપલ BBB : કેબલ-પાવર ઉદ્યોગના સરેરાશ ૨૩ના પી/ઈ સામે કંપનીને મર્યાદિત રહીને ૨૦નો પી/ઈ આપીએ તો પણ રૂ.૬૩૫ને આંબી શકે એ માટે વેલ્યુએશન ટ્રીપલ BBB.
આમ (૧)૪૫.૫૯ ટકા પ્રમોટર્સ હોલ્ડિંગની (૨) ભારતમાં વાયર્સ અને કેબલ્સ ક્ષેત્રે અગ્રણી મેન્યુફેકચરીંગ કંપનીઓમાં એક (૩) ૪૫થી વધુ દેશોમાં નિકાસ કરતી (૩) રૂ.૪૫૦૦ કરોડની ઓર્ડર બુક ધરાવતી (૪) સરકારના પાવર ક્ષેત્રે ટ્રાન્સમિશન અને ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર સુધારા પર ફોકસ, ભારતભરમાં ૨૪*૭ વીજ પુરવઠો પૂરો પાડવાના લક્ષ્ય અને સબ-ટ્રાન્સમિશન અને ડીસ્ટ્રીબ્યુશન સિસ્ટમ્સને મજબૂત કરવાની પહેલ, ટી એન્ડ ડી નુકશાનીમાં ઘટાડો કરવો તેમ જ ભારતીય રેલવેના આધુનિકીકરણ અને રીન્યુએબલ એનજીૅ ક્ષેત્રે ઝડપી વિસ્તરણ, ઓઈલ-ગેસ અને શિપ બિલ્ડિંગ ક્ષેત્રમાં અપેક્ષિત વૃદ્વિ થકી કેઈઆઈ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ માટે અપેક્ષિત બિઝનેસ તકો (૬) જુલાઈ ૨૦૧૯ થી સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૯ના બીજા ત્રિમાસિકમાં ચોખ્ખા નફામાં ૮૪ ટકા વૃદ્વિ થકી રૂ.૭૬.૧૭ કરોડ અને શેર દીઠ આવક રૂ.૯.૬૫ હાંસલ કરનાર (૭) અપેક્ષિત પૂર્ણ વર્ષ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૧૯ થી માર્ચ ૨૦૨૦માં અપેક્ષિત ચોખ્ખી આવક રૂ.૪૯૯૨.૪૫ કરોડ થકી અપેક્ષિત ચોખ્ખો નફો રૂ.૨૫૧.૬૭ કરોડ નોધાવી શેર દીઠ આવક રૂ.૩૧.૬૫ અપેક્ષિત સામે અત્યારે એનએસઈ, બીએસઈ પર રૂ.૪૪૫.૫૦ ભાવે ૧૪ના પી/ઈએ ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
