Made these matchbook notepads with the kids today using bazzill cardstock, some left over basic grey & ??? paper. The S was die-cut from the lid of an icecream container & we used some Tim Holtz alcohol inks. Circles & scallop circles using Stampin' Up! punches. Filled with normal reflex paper.

This notepad is made from 24 lb. blank granite cream paper and natural color hemp with Japanese stab binding at the head. The head and back are made from a recycled gift bag and chipboard.

This notepad was donated to Relay for Life of Southside, FL

To avoid damages to my wood notepads during shipping, I take the binder rings out.. but I used to always forget putting them back into the envelope along with the notepad. Now that I've come up with this cute way of packaging, I'll always remember to slip the ring in.
