My entry into the My Moleskin 2.0 Exhibition. Painted a subway map (very crudely I will admit) on the fore-edge of a notebook. When you bend the notebook the map is visible, when the notebook is flat the map is compressed.

the old notebook i carried around with me had a snap closure. i had one picture of a young josh in there, but the snap made a funny mark on his lip and it didn't look so great. this new notebook that i'm all nerdy excited about doesn't have a snap closure, therefore no damage to photos! hooray!

Taken with a Rodenstock XR-Heligon 68mm lens. This lens has an aperture of roughly f/1.
Strobist:
Desk lamp directly above. It's hard to use strobes with this lens because I'm not able to adjust the aperture. It's wide-open all the time.
