Wrestling with a giant ant...
I did a photo shoot for some friends who are in a band, Note to Self.

sometimes that means taking the muse out for cocktails.
I was opting for a close-up, but I forgot that this was not to be taken on what you see on the viewfinder. /notetoself

You are injecting this image into your photostream so that someday you can browse back in time and remember the ideas you had without having to remember this was posted on Joël's website and linked from a livejournal comment. The ideas are originally from f05 when you were still getting your bearings with respect to this whole grad school thing. not bad for a big pot that originally held 4 fingerling potato sprouts. I'm sure if I'd watered it would have done better. I still have one more big pot with foliage. Those should be bigger.

*** i had a dream the other night, i got caught in a sudden storm and i had this umbrella that broke when the wind lashed at it... it was green... when i woke up... i had an idea of what it meant...
tomorrow, i set off to a retreat with my cousins... so i guess, you'll miss me for a while... maybe when i return i will know how to mend my broken umbrella... or maybe discover another way to weather the storm... i don't know... tomorrow is still uncertain... what is evident in the past couple of weeks is God's hand in all these... panalo talaga si God sa pagkaspontaneous! :)

My body must have been telling me something today. Got back from work and had an afternoon nap - which lasted 8 hours! As a result, rather quiet night, just chilled watching a movie.
