Exactly that.... It is your moving body plastered in an explosion of vibrant color with all your friends! How many times have you paid money to run around a few city blocks, drink a cup of warm Gatorade, eat a banana, and be given a t-shirt that you will probably only wear once every two months while doing yard work? Why not color outside the lines while being active, social, and a little wacky! The Color in Motion 5k gives you all these benefits plus unforgettable fun and heaps of memories! By the end of the CIM5k your blank canvas will be brighter than ever--your clothes, health, and outlook on life will be changed for the better!

Marine debris on display collected by volunteers of B.E.A.C.H from the Great Pacific Garbage Patch during earlier beach clean-up events in the Big Island and Oahu, Hawaii on September 8, 2010. Littering and dumping at sea and land are resulting in an accumulation of marine debris in the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre which than washes up on Hawai'i's beaches. With the help of volunteers Beach Environmental Awareness Campaign Hawai'i (B.E.A.C.H.) a non-profit organization systematically collects and categorizes marine debris on various beaches on Hawaiian beaches.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Therapeutics for Rare and Neglected Diseases (TRND) program was established in 2009 as a unique program that assists drug discovery by bridging the gap that often exists between basic research discoveries and the testing of new drugs in humans. The work of TRND includes the optimization and preclinical testing of therapies to generate sufficient quality data to support successful first-in-human studies. TRND stimulates research collaborations among NIH and academic scientists, nonprofit organizations, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to foster the successful commercialization of new treatments for rare and neglected diseases.

ABOUT THE THIRST PROJECT
Almost 1 billion people on the planet do not have access to safe, clean water, and 4,100 kids under the age of five will die today from drinking dirty water. The Thirst Project is the world's leading YOUTH water activism organization. This movement of high school and college students builds freshwater wells in developing nations and impoverished communities to provide people with safe, clean water. The Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization that travels across the United States speaking at schools to educate students about the global water crisis and challenge them to fundraise to build wells. 100% of all public donations go directly to funding freshwater wells on the ground. We are really unique in that we have a private group of donors who fund 100% of the organization's "Overhead" so we can make this guarantee to the public. In just 6 years, The Thirst Project has activated more than 300,000 students on 320 campuses across the United States who have raised $8 million, 100% of which has been used to give more than 260,000 people in 12 countries safe, clean water. Los Quinchos feeds an average of 40 children from the landfill a day. For most of these children this would be their only decent meal if not their only meal of the day. When I was here in March/April, there was a protest amongst the garbage pickers/residents of La Chureca because the people driving the dump trucks scavenged for the "best" garbage already. It cuts the residents earnings and so that week alone, the center had to reduce the amount of food given to each child to feed the high volumes of children that showed up to be fed.

I've written about Cafe Chavalos in my blog. Donna Tabor, the founder of Building New Hope humbly said she's,"just a volunteer, not some director." She's one amazing woman who has done so much. Her organization's projects, just to name a few is: Rhythm in the Barrios (where volunteers would teach kids in the rural areas music), Casa Lupita (vet clinic for stray animals), and of course, Cafe Chavalos, a restaurant that trains street kids the basic skills they need in the restaurant business in order to become more productive members of society.

A living chronological account of the history of Sathya Sai Baba's life on Planet Earth, the second of the triple incarnations of the Sai Baba Avatar and the promised Golden Age. World History after 1900, or World History before 1900. Choose and & Listen to God's singing.
2022 Age 96, Lord Sai Baba leaves this body and enters into mahasamadhi.
2023 Swami Nalin, a reincarnated soul of Swami Vivekananda heads the Sathya Sai Organisation in the absence of Lord Sai Baba. Call him "Assistant Sai Baba".
2030 Assuming 8 years later, birth of Prema Sai in Mysore region. A reincarnated Prof. Kasturi (already borne in Mysore) is the Mother of Sai.
2044 Assuming age 14, Prema Sai announces his arrival, like in 1940; resumes His role as Lord of the World and continues His Divine Mission on planet Earth.
Welcome to the Love Era, The goldest Golden Age.
2051 Assuming at age 21, Prema Sai gets married to a beautiful girl. Hmm hmm, many old lady devotees in the ashram now are vying for the role equivalent to Sita.
2053 Assuming age of 23, Goddess Mother will bear a son. It is common knowledge that Prema Sai will be a father to one boy. And nobody is vying for this 'small' role.
2053-2126 is a 73 years of golden times!!!!
2126 Death of Prema Sai assuming His body lived for 96 years
After 2126 the end of the Triple Incarnation, but is it the end of the Golden Age?

The Triple Incarnation of Sai Avatar
"Thousand of years ago the great sage Bharadwaja, wishing to master all the vedas (scriptures), was advised by Indra (the ruler of the gods) to perform a yagna (Vedic ritual). Eager to have the Shakti (the consort of Lord Shiva) preside over it and receive her blessings, Bharadwaja left for Kailash (a sacred peak in the Himalayas), the abode of Shiva and Shakti, (male and female aspects fo God), to convey the invitation. Finding them coupled in the cosmic dance, Bharadwaja waited for eight days - apparently ignored by them, although he had failed to comprehend the welcoming smile cast at him by Shakti. Unhappy and disappointed, Bharadwaja decided to return home. But as he began to descend, he fell in a stroke, his left side paralyzed as a result of the cold and fatigue. Shiva then approached and cured him completely by sprinkling on him water from the Kamandalu (vessel). Consoled by Shiva, Bharadwaja was granted boons by both Shiva and Shakti, who also were pleased to attend the yagna. Shiva promised the rishi (sage) that they would both take human form and be born thrice in the Bharadwaja lineage or Gotra (religious kin group); Shiva alone at Shirdi as Shirdi Sai Baba; (Shiva and Shakti as Sathya Sai Baba), and then Shakti alone as Prema Sai."
Swami revealed this secret when he cured himself from a serious and dreadful disease (which he purposefully bared which as actually of a devotee's) on 6th July 1963.As a compensatory act to the above incident (where Sage Bharathwaja was paralyzed), Swami, paralyzed Himself on His left side. But Himself being Shiva-Shakthi, Shiva (His right side) cured Shakthi (His left side) by the same sprinkling of water. This incident paved the way to the revelation of this secret by Swami.
Shirdi Sai Baba
His birth took place around the middle of last century in the State of Hyderabad in India. He visited the village Shirdi few times and took residence there in 1872. He lived in a mosque and had many devotees and visitors. He performed many miracles, gave spiritual teachings to Hindu, Muslim, and other devotees, and died at Shirdi in 1918. Before leaving his body he told one of his devotees that he would return as a boy in 8 years.
Sathya Sai Baba
Satya Sai Baba was born 8 years after the death of Shirdi Sai Baba on 23 November 1926, in a remote village of Puttaparthi in the State of Andra Predesh and was named Satyanarayana. Satya means truth and Narayana is a name for the Hindu God Vishnu. As a child he manifested supernormal powers materialising sweets, fruits and medicinal herbs for sick friends. In May 1940 at the age of 13 he declared "I am Sai Baba". Following this announcement devotees and disciples began to gather around him. He started performing amazing miracles and has been teaching and doing works of charity since. He said he would live to the age of nineties and would be born again as Prema Sai Baba.
Prema Sai Baba (clik to read more)
Sai Baba will incarnate again one year after his death as Prema Sai Baba. Sai Baba has manifested this picture of himself as Prema Sai Baba. Swami said that this Avathar will take place in Gunaparthi, in the Mandya dist of Karnataka. It is also said that Prof. Kasthuri will be the mother of Premasai.
