This Philadelphia Daisy was opening in our front yard.on the morning of May 4, 2017.
I find it fascinating that the bottoms of their petals are pink, and the tops of their petals are white.

I decided to take advantage of the bright sunny day to use a high contrast custom ACROS recipe.

I got up BEFORE the sunrise this morning... and now I'm going back to bed... lol
No post processing at all (although I'm sure it would make the colours more spectacular), straight from the camera - a hand-held Powershot S3 IS.
