A nice effect I discovered, due to the alternating nature of the signals, if you shake the LEDs back and forth rapidly you get a nice alternating effect due to the persistence of vision, even with the digital camera!
Somewhere in there are the tall buildings of downtown Vancouver... nice setting.. man, beautiful setting..

Trader Joe’s ® Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix
These pancakes were made by following the directions on the box of this product. They produce a light, spongy texture with a crispy surface. They have a wonderful pumpkin taste with a hint of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
I also did a batch with blueberries. It added a little flavor but it didn’t add a whole lot of diversity.
I want to experiment with making these with a stir fry turkey. They would make awesome Asian inspired / American Thanksgiving meal.
1 Cup pancake mix
2 Tablespoons melted butter
¾ Cup of milk
1 Egg, lightly beaten
Preheat grill to 350º degrees

Our weekend visit to Nice to see the carnival and surrounding areas. The Saturday afternoon saw the Flower festival carnival and that evening we did the evening festival of light carnival. The theme this year was Music. On Sunday we took the train to Eze, lovely views of the surrounding areas you can even see Nice airport we were so high up. Monday another train to Beaulieu-sur-Mer to see the Rothchild Villa, another really lovely place to visist whilst in Nice. Both Eze and Beaulieu-sur-Mer are only short train rides away from Nice costing only a few Euro. Getting back we used the bus.
