A rainbow over the Canadian Falls.

Although both ends of the lines are on the Canadian shore, it appears that part of the centre is in US "airspace", so to speak, which raises some interesting legal questions ... could US authorities arrest a wanted person on this section, and if so what would they do next?

The Canadian Falls at Niagara Falls , also known as the Horseshoe Falls are partly in the USA & partially in Canada. This view was taken from the balcony of the Table Rock restaurant on a very blustery Sunday afternoon, May 20th, 2007.
