As I was packing to check-out of my room on the 30th floor of the Embassy Suites hotel, the blue sky finally made an appearance. Needless to say, I was late checking out due to taking lots of photographs ;-)

In the Table Rock Scenic Tunnels behind the Horseshoe Falls. It's kind of neat to be behind Niagara Falls, but the view leaves something to be desired.

The tower on the Hard Rock Cafe at Niagara Falls really stands out against the sunset here. And, yes, the sunset really was that orange at the horizon, the way the shot is framed crops the brighter part of the sky above it.

This is the last year we will continue to have the name 'Maid of the Mist' for this exciting ride at Niagara Falls, Canada.
The name will be changing next year to the very unexciting 'Hornblower'.

Niagara Falls as seen from the Canadian side. The setting sun graced us with a rainbow display as the light played upon the mist. I have several more which I may post. It is hard to decide on a favorite.
