Niagara Falls (/naɪˈæɡrə/ ny-ag-ra) is a city in Ontario, Canada. It is located on the western bank of the Niagara River in the Golden Horseshoe region of Southern Ontario, with a population of 82,997 at the 2011 census. The municipality was incorporated on 12 June 1903. Across the Niagara River is Niagara Falls, New York.
The city is dominated by the Niagara Falls, a world-famous set of three large waterfalls on the Niagara River. The American and Horseshoe falls can be best seen from the Canadian side of the river, so the city has one of the world's major tourist attractions. The natural spectacle attracts millions of tourists yearly.
This area, which stretches along the Niagara Parkway and tourist promenade, is particularly concentrated at the brink of the falls. Apart from the river's natural attractions, it includes observation towers, high-rise hotels, souvenir shops, casinos and theatres, mostly with colourful neon billboards and advertisements, and sufficient parking to accommodate visitors. Further to the north or south, golf courses are operated alongside historic sites from the War of 1812.
I hesitated to take LE at Niagara Falls. The mist was too strong at anytime due to strong falls’ dropping force… It is so attractive to me, I have to try again and again, even with water sprays covering me and camera all the time… First time after lockdown, surprisingly lots of people here, the light was bright during daytime, had to use LEE 10-stop filter… The filter was covered with water sprays even a few seconds exposed outside. Here is Niagara Falls…
Niagara Falls, one of the world's most stunning natural wonders, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. A bit difficult to capture its beauty due to the strong mist from the waterfalls dropping power, especially LE… The rainbow bridge was still closed between Canada and US, you could see the people watching falls in the US side…
Niagara Falls, one of the world's most stunning natural wonders, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. The photo was taken at Horseshoe Falls, at the Canada side. Due to the strong falls power dropping force, the water spray is like raining all the time, even on a sunshine day. My camera and me were wet due to the strong mist and sprays from the falls, but luckily had rainbow, double rainbow…
Close as you can get. Close to the edge. Water spray and mist from Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls State Park - New York (American Falls).

Rained every day, at least for part of the day, on our 3 week trip. But it was especially hard at Niagara Falls. We got lucky for about 1hr this evening it let up enough we could explore. At night they put on a light show which I was really excited to see. Here are the falls from the American side.

Here's a 16-shot panorama taken from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. The American falls are at left, with the Canadian Horseshoe Falls occupying the right side of the frame. Colored lights illuminate both falls at night.
Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls at the southern end of Niagara Gorge, between the Canadian province of Ontario and the US state of New York. The largest is Horseshoe Falls, also known as Canadian Falls, which straddles the international border between Canada and the United States.
