Image #9 of a pre Christmas Fotowalk in Munich.

Sony ILCE-6300 and Tamron 28-75mm F 2.8 at F=2.8.

Taken during a very grim bit of weather at the 1982 Farnborough International Airshow, the very first US Air Force McDonnell-Douglas KC-10A Extender 79-0433

Showing off the original colours, including a SAC sash amidships, that these huge tankers appeared in, back then this one was only a couple of years old

Now, the KC-10 has recently been retired from active service though I believe a number will be held in storage - just in case

No me gustan los periódicos... no me gustan las malas noticias, en especial las que hablan de guerras y de tanta y tanta gente que muere inocentemente... he buscado alguna alegría entre todas ellas, pero ni con lupa la he encontrado!!

A couple of weeks ago, I put on sale "My Ringed leather Eyepatch" but I was not satisfied with the final result. They are now on sale "My Ringed Leather Eyepatch V2" with enhanced textures and with stitch detail. Now I'm satisfied with the result, and I hope you do too :D

**Important: The first version will be removed from sale

Great News!

I tried to write something long but I couldn't. So, here it is:

My daughter gave birth to a twin: Laila and Omar. This never happened in my family. I mean giving birth to twins. I am full of joy and happiness to the extent that I cannot write more.

Dillos enter war on Ukraine's side... Last seen searching for Wagner group.

Catching up in the grounds of Carlisle Cathedral.

Dating back to the 12th century some of the ground arches are in need of renovation.

Following the tragic incident in which 17 people died after the crash of the Gloria Elevator, television crews from around the world briefly descended on Lisbon before heading off in search of more bad news. Here one presenter reads a script to camera from a teleprompter.

slow news day. I posted earlier; twice in a day. go figure. i remember when i'd post 10 or 20 at a slew. we went out for groceries, meandering slowly from aisle to aisle, telling dumbass inside jokes and Family Guy references. she bought a blue summer dress and she loves it. Saw some friends at the store and invited them over for a bonfire and grilling later tonight. we came home, fed the dogs, cleaned the kitchen, built the aforementioned bonfire, put on some old school jazz, and danced on the porch. the tequila is chilling in the freezer - swing by and we'll have a few drinks.

salute' from the slow lane.

Intelligent people provide ideas from their cloisters and barely put them into practice. Powerful people write the pages of history, shaping and re-shaping it through coarse-grain, monochromatic brushes. The latter use the former, depend on them. The former can't help being used, being depended on. And that, or a variation of it, is the news, anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

lol..... Buddy's favorite squeaky toy.... :D

hope you have a fun day!

Hopefully no fake news at Mitty's on Bourke Street, Melbourne - under Cover-19 lockdown

eager readers devour early morning newspapers on the street. Still a common sight in 2015 with many lacking access to internet and despite restricted press freedom.

Who can identify the language that these newspapers are printed in? The paper across the lad's arm has the word Hitler as part of the headline. Any translation of the visible print?

For most teenagers, the world they live in does not really make them want to “grow up”!

It's very complicated, especially in a world where no one believes in progress or in a better world...

It's a bit worrying because it doesn't really make you want to grow!!!

Teens are also searching for meaning in a world dominated by “fake news”…

How I saw news of the plane crash online, with updates from twitter. Who needs cable tv! :)

(NOTE: I recreated the screen again, which explains the "wrong" time. However, the Twitter messages were the same ones (good thing I was able to scroll back).)

When I went to this shop around 07 pm on 21st to buy a magazine I found him sleeping and two or three times I called him. No response and I clicked one photo and proceeded further for my works. This shop is old by 70-72 years and opened by the father of the vendor in the picture and he began assisting the former as a paper boy at the age of ten simultaneously continuing his studies.

Next day when I asked about this, with broad smile in face, he replied that this has been a routine habit of any news paper seller in India as he wakes 04 am in the morning and goes to bed at 12 midnight. That is why the tiredness and mini sleep in brief intervals.

One of the well known and oldest paper shops in Thiruvallikeni and everybody knows in the locality as Big Street Paper Shop and the man in the picture Logu is a B.Com. graduate and feels proud of his job.

All my visits to Grounds for Sculpture, the 40-acre sculpture garden in Hamilton, NJ, have helped me to recognize the work of Seward Johnson. However, this piece is in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Sometimes, it's fun to stumble upon something familiar!
