Today’s picture was inspired by a very common New Year resolution: start doing exercise.
For me is more a “keep improving” resolution and “don’t worry about laziness”. I already know I can beat it but sometimes it’s also healthy to enjoy some lazy moments.
credo nella solitudine del sole, nella loquacità dei pianeti, nella nostra ripetitività, nell’inesistenza dell’universo e nella noia dell’atomo.

EAT MORE BACON.
Gonna try another 365 this year; my 52 didn't fair so well last year. This year is 365 days of photos from my iPhone.
2009 will be about Responsibility. I will take responsibility for my own happiness and not rely on others to provide it for me. Equally I will not make the mistake of feeling, or allowing myself to be made to feel responsible for the happiness, or otherwise, of others. I will be there for my friends and family as always, of course.
2009 is the year when things get better.
Not worse.
Not stay the same.
Better!
Happy New year Everyone ☺️

Last month, I received a Franklin Covey planner as a gift. My major New Year's resolution this year is to become organized and since most of my attempts to go paperless have fallen through, I decided to go back to what has traditionally worked for me: the planner book.
One of the most powerful things a person can do to make their dreams come to life is to put it in writing. This is what I'm going to try doing more of this year. I've kept a journal since I was in the 3rd grade, but for the last couple years, my journal writing has lacked, often going several weeks in between entries. This is something I can't let fall to the wayside so I'm going to do my best to write in my journal again.
This time I made my walk after work, which is much more relaxing.. but with all that windowshopping.. hm, I am not sure if I can really still call it “exercise”..

It's a new year, with some of the same goals, but hopefully there'll be some new progress! :)
Random Fact: I am a night owl. I rarely go to bed at a reasonable hour, but the time I have to wake up for work never changes--so this means I am sleep-deprived most of the week. IF I am lucky enough, I will sleep in on Saturday, but if I have plans, then I have to hope for another weekend. Not healthy, I know, but something I keep trying to (unsuccessfully) change. Bad habits die hard, I guess..
