I had finally arrived at the location I read about in the local newspaper where the school board enacted their first Eminent Domain. The place was lifeless with the house all boarded up with plywood and the drive blocked off with chains and signs. I focused on the stop sign that was attached to the chains that warned visitors.
So this looks really neat - they're rebuilding onto the city next to me and I swear, if the cool art deco buildings are apartments...I want one - lol. This was the only photograph I decided to take since everything else was under construction

The site is central to Ipswich and connects the station to the new Stoke Bridge renovation and the Waterfront. Hopefully this will be an increasingly important link if the cycle path and footpath are completed. Upstream there is the Gipping path all the way to Stowmarket.
