Gonchary-Kojemyaki (literally Potters and Tanners) is a newest "recreation" of the old and once vibrant Podol handicraft district. Composed of mid- and low-rise buildings (partially still under construction and, as I noticed, of high vacancy rates) with often bombastic and ill-proportioned "historic" facades those blocks still provide some interesting corners and perspectives to capture.
They have started putting the glass on the exterior of the One Rincon Hill building in San Francisco.This is a view from Brannan and Delancey St.

An example of transition. The reflection in the window is a new condo development. Nothing unique to the area. However, even some of the new developments have now been abandoned.
A view looking south east across the newly constructed Nacton estate. Felixstowe Road and the railway can be seen in the top left hand corner with St Augustine's Church just visible. , Nacton Road cuts across the bottom right corner where the Murrayside Community Centre is located.
