One Ecker was originally built in 1906 and is located in the South Financial District of San Francisco. It is in the process of being converted into 51 luxury condominiums and 2 commercial spaces. Once converted the building will have a total of 27 studio, 12 one Bedroom and 12 two Bedrooms.

 

Studio will range from 476 sqft to 843 sqft

One Bedroom will range from 612 sqft to 1,000 sqft

Two bedrooms will range from 987 sqft to 1270 sqft

Ending my first day of shooting, the sunset's rays shot out behind a cloud bank behind the silhouette of a bulldozer. The sunset was stinkingly beautiful that night among vast cleared land.

Ipswich Borough Council initiated housing on the remaining site at the old Ipswich Airport saw the completion of a stunning project further enhancing an already admired site.
