515 East 72nd Street soars 41 stories with 329 gracious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominium and penthouse residences—most with private outdoor balconies or terraces and sweeping East River and city views—offering ideal spaces to take refuge from day-to-day stress and entertain friends and family. Because of its height and proximity to the edge of the East River, the building enjoys spectacular sunrise views, lovely light through the day from sunrise to sunset and a dramatic evening skyline. Residences feature sustainable, natural walnut floors and cabinetry, and ipe wood on the outdoor balconies and terraces.
