These schools and their associated academic, teaching and specialist facilities will be grouped within the Central Quad to maximise the benefits and efficiencies to DIT from locating together related disciplines and functions.

20/02/09: Quarter mile development. The old hospital has been converted into flats with a new build alongside. I guess this is a love hate development but I think it all blends quite well and definitely wouldn't say no!

My daily lunchtime walk often takes me into SA1 and the new developments at Prince of Wales Dock.

 

This is the first photo I have taken of it that does it justice. Nice to see some sunshine for a change in this miserable so-called summer!
