Hiking in the woods one day and playing with the remote shutter on the camera, grabbed this shot.

I just love hiking in mountains, and once I had this incredible view. This shot was taken from a small platform between the rives of a river in french Alps. It was a little bit risky because with people around me. I didn't want to fall.
I just love the contrast on this image with the green of the forest against the brown of the rock !

Ja era el tercer o quart cop que venia aquà - Coll de creus - el cel tenia núvols i vaig pensar que potser podia trobar alguna foto mirant cap a la Seu i Andorra, però no, en canvi, un cop allà i veient que just el sols s’amagava en pocs minuts per darrere d’aquesta muntanya vaig veure l’opció de fer una foto amb tot aquest terra mirant directe al sol. Un cop vaig trobar una composició que em va agradar vaig esperar una mica a tenir just els darrers segons del sol per tenir el mÃnim contrast amb el sol de cara.

Like the northern and smaller Orion Nebula, the Carina can be easily seen with the naked eye, although at a distance of 7500 light years it is about five times farther

Una joya de los cielos del sur, la Gran Nebulosa de Carina, alias NGC 3372, se expande más de 300 años luz, siendo una de las regiones de formación estelar más grandes de nuestra galaxia.
Como la norteña y más pequeña Nebulosa de Orión, la Carina se puede ver fácilmente a simple vista, aunque a una distancia de 7500 años luz está a unas cinco veces más lejos.
Esta impresionante vista telescópica revela detalles extraordinarios de los filamentos resplandecientes de gas interestelar y oscuras nubes de polvo cósmicas.
La Nebulosa Carina es el hogar de estrellas extremadamente masivas y jóvenes, incluyendo la todavÃa enigmática estrella variable Eta Carinae , una estrella con más de 100 veces la masa de nuestro Sol.
Eta Carinae es la estrella más brillante a la derecha la muesca oscura central en este campo y justo por encima de la polvorienta Nebulosa Ojo de Cerradura (NGC 3324)
