When it comes to thinking up ways to get fast internet connections to
where ever I am, you'll find there's not much I won't do. Having
wireless on my main computer just isn't good enough, especially when
there's multiple PC's on your LAN and you've good a 1000 Mbit/s
router, 1000 Mbit/s gigabit network cards, and 500 ft of Cat 5E!
There's not many options when you have multiple floors. My favorite
way of getting network cable around multiple floors is right through
the floors in my closets.
