BUSINESS NETWORKING: WICKED AND THE GRAND IMPERIAL

Victoria Business Improvement District held an open networking session on Thursday 16th June 2011 in conjunction with the Grosvenor Hotel on Buckingham Palace Road and the Apollo Theatre Victoria.

The evening was free to BID members and proved a great success bringing over 60 local businesses together.

The evening started at 5pm where over 100 people enjoyed drinks and authentic Hong Kong Cantonese dim sum at the Grand Imperial, the new restaurant at the Grosvenor Hotel featuring original pieces of artwork and calligraphy excerpts and designed around the ancient practice of Feng-shui.

The stunning surroundings of the Grand Imperial were enjoyed until 7pm when 90 attendees had the pleasure of complementary tickets to see the live evening performance of the award-winning and unforgettable Wicked the musical at the Apollo Theatre.

As well as taking the opportunity to network with local businesses and organisations the event showcased two of Victoria’s most delightful and extravagant venues!
