They even try to lure you out of your present Internet Service Provider, offering to pay any withdrawal penalties that your present ISP may impose on you. SURPRISE! Whether you know it or not, CHARTER is very possibly your present ISP, but under a different name, so they would only be paying THEMSELVES to get you to pay them even MORE.
