Jeanna Garland, NETCOM G5 and a fixture in NETCOM for decades is hanging up her spurs and retiring after 36 years of dedicated service to the nation, our great Army, and this command. Garland received her retirement certificate and other recognitions during a retirement ceremony in the command’s headquarters, Dec. 16. Presiding over the ceremony and guest speaker was Mr. Patrick Dedham, Deputy to the Commanding General and the command’s senior civilian.
