I think they do general print shop jobs here, but it looks like they were pretty keen on providing rubber stamps at one time. This neat sign is still around in Memphis.

An Italian restaurant repurposing the sign of its predecessor. Apparently Mario Batali briefly worked at the restaurant's previous incarnation.
a random trip there on the Metra last weekend...I didn't eat there, but at a 24-hour restaurant nearby. I noticed I already posted this sign in my set, but this one's better!
My favorite is 40's era neon signs. Here is a beautiful example of movie theater signage in Raton, NM.

Passing by a window of skeleton signs was a perfect opportunity to learn about the stuff that’s usually invisible (return tubing, transformers, electrodes…).
Seen on my 50-mile bike ride on Thanksgiving 2006 (it was 60F). Not sure if sign's still there, but business is on 8300 block of S. Pulaski
