Lubitel 2.

Ilford XP2 Super 400 (120) B&W film, cross processed in E6 chemistry (normally C-41 process).

Rated at 400 ISO then pushed by 1 stop in processing.

Not sure what the red colouring in some frames is caused by - light leak maybe?...not sure. The blue cast is from the anti-halation layer, i think? (The water from after the pre-development soak was blue-green).

Processed at home with Tetenal E6 kit.

Not certain if this is the correct Classic NEG film "recipe", but I think I like it in this light. This is SooC, and yes, we were graced with an early white blanket of snow this year. Yippee!

For those who have Fuji-X bodies, you do not have to wait for a firmware update, just tinker with the configuration of your current FUJIFILM mirrorless camera!

A creepy village specializing in the production of paper effigies for the dead is filmed in Vietnam.

About 30km from the center of Hanoi capital, Phuc Am village is well known as a place to produce effigies that have existed for about 20 years.

In the early days of the "month of the soul", the effigy was produced and displayed throughout the house to the street.

"You will be terrified to come to this creepy village. Especially in the evening, It's like you're in the negative realm, the world of the dead."

The effigy is made of paper and bamboo, and the color is bright and frightening with many different shapes.

In Vietnam to be able to send money and supplies to people in the negative realm, people burn negative money and many other types of objects that are usual.

From the moment you enter the gate to Gammelgruva and until you come out again, you feel like you are in a completely different world. Whether you walk in narrow corridors or large rock halls, you have mountains on all sides around you.

The structure inside the mountain is solid and varied. Gammelgruva is said to be Norway's most colorful mine. When the light hits the mountain sides, a play of colors occurs that you have never seen before in the mountains. In addition, you will experience both sounds and smells completely different in the mountains.

It's hard to be in a bad mood when you're standing in the spray of a waterfall. These massive water flows are set in some of the most beautiful locations....but it turns out that the spray itself might be what creates those feelings of happiness, not simply their awe inspiring beauty.

Researchers have found that negative ions, like the ones created within the spray of a waterfall, can "boost your energy, relieve stress, and create a more euphoric state of mind overall." The negative ions get in your bloodstream and form a reaction releasing increased levels of the mood chemical serotonin. They are also thought to attach to and kill circulating disease causing pathogens through the electric charge.

So next time you're out in nature, standing next to a thunderous waterfall, stop to breath it in.....literally.

Here, Sarah is getting negatively charged and positively uplifted at the base of Chatterbox Falls. The final section of the larger James Bruce Falls (2755 ft), Chatterbox Falls tumbles 120 feet in spectacular fashion, leaving countless negative ions in its wake.

If there is to be peace in the world,

There must be peace in the nations.

If there is to be peace in the nations,

There must be peace in the cities.

If there is to be peace in the cities,

There must be peace between neighbors.

If there is to be peace between neighbors,

There must be peace in the home.

If there is to be peace in the home,

There must be peace in the heart.

Fujifilm CLASSIC NEGATIVE

5x8 inch paper negatives in a pinhole camera

It started out as a silica gel bead on graph paper. I decided that the bead looked like a planet, or moon and decided to add to it. I then turned it in to a negative and added an eclipse photo, and a super moon shot of mine to it.

My friends, thanks for your kind comments, visits, faves and invites !!!

was playing around with some post process techniques in my HDR software and found one that's called NEGATIVE and kind of liked how this one came out...even in post processed form, one can still recognize the building and skyscrapers easily....was in downtown tonight briefly and saw that some buildings already had their blue lights on in support of non violence...planning to head out tomorrow night and see if i could shoot a nice blue lit skyline....pls.
