🎤 Lyrics: Julia Michaels - If You Need Me
www.youtube.com/watch?v=0IEDE9r2V6w
[Verse 1]
I wish I could fix it, I wish knew what to say
But everything feels like a lie these days
Don't know how not to feel that way, oh
They're reaching for reasons, it's all gonna be okay
But everyone feels like a liar these days
Don't know how not to feel that way
[Chorus]
But if you need me, I'll be right there
When you're dreaming all your nightmares
I'll come tackle the monsters
I'll find where they hide in the nighttime
If you need me, I'll be right there
When you're happy and when you're scared
I can still be your shoulder
I'll be by your side even if I'm not next to you
[Verse 2]
Have I spent too much time on what we used to be?
Am I making up details in the memories?
Have I got too caught up on the you and me thing?
Well, I'm hoping not 'cause I loved what we got
Out of sight don't mean out out of mind
Not in your space, but you're still in mine
Hope you don't think I could leave you like that
Oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh
[Chorus]
But if you need me, I'll be right there
When you're dreaming all your nightmares
I'll come tackle the monsters
I'll find where they hide in the nighttime
If you need me, I'll be right there
When you're happy and when you're scared
I can still be your shoulder
I'll be by your side even if I'm not next to you, to you
Ah-ha, yeah
I'll be by your side even if I'm not next to you
[Bridge]
Well, time is friends with distance
But they ain't no friends of ours
And that's fine because
Well, time is friends with distance
But they ain't no friends of ours
And that's fine because
[Chorus]
If you need me, I'll be right there
When you're dreaming all your nightmares
I'll come tackle the monsters
I'll find where they hide in the nighttime
If you need me, I'll be right there
When you're happy and when you're scared
I can still be your shoulder
I'll be by your side even if I'm not next to you, to you
Ah-ha, yeah
I'll be by your side even if I'm not next to you, ooh
Yeah, yeah
I'll be by your side even if I'm not next to you

Where's the weed sprayer when you need it? The former Pennsy to Chicago is looking worse for wear as CSX's Y102 job drags a cut of CF&E interchange traffic out of Cole Street Yard west of downtown Lima, OH. A grey ghost C40-8, a YN2 SD40-2 and a faded GP38-2 make up the consist on a sweltering July afternoon.

I need some respite. I'm still trying to get my head around the death of mr. bowie.
as I've said, I'll be 75 next month. I've live through oh so much music and the loss of artists.
they, the artists, seem like they should be forever. they aren't.

This photo was taken somewhere in Indonesia. Every time I look at it, it makes me think at how many of us in this world don't ever stop to think about how privileged we are in our daily lives. The simple act of taking a daily shower is a luxury not enjoyed by most of the people in this world.
I think the builders are working on the house. Lots off regulations to abide by. £350,000 would not be unfeasable in this village to buy it.

Me and the Hublet have been raking the one million trillion leaves falling from the trees... we have a tractor which I love, so much fun to drive and makes life easier, but we still need to to do quite a bit of manual raking....
Being the kinda nerdy, funny, immature and hilarious Wife that I am... I placed the Little Elf in the pile of leaves he was completing. The Hublet laughed as he pulled the leaves over and there she was, popping up through the raked leaves. I was hoping she didn't get raked up by mistake, but my silly plan worked...My lovely Hublet can be a serious kinda guy and very business like, but 28 years on I can still get a smile and a laugh. The best bit was when I popped up through the leaves five minutes later and shouted 'Boo!'... he looked terrified... hahahahahahahaha

"THANK YOU KINDLY" to anyone who finds this shot good enough to leave a "Comment", I'll do my very best to reply to you individually.
You're looking at a shot fired into a mirror of the following:
1- Nikon D300 Camera
2- AFS VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f2.8 G IF ED
3- Nikon R1 Creative lighting system with 2 additional SB-R200 flashguns
4- The top middle flash is the camera's built in flash in commander mode
What I love about this shot is that you can see the image captured in the sensor inside the lens' stopped down aperture!

When I need space and short camera time I go to the woods at Roosthole, near my home in Horsham; usually walking in a clockwise direction so I hit my favourite spots early in my walk.
Today I sought inspiration, hence walked the the reverse direction via a different route in the hope that it would draw creativity.
Success, as I had not spotted this angle / compositon of the ford where walkers cross Sheepwash Gill via a ford which is just 100m off the High Weald Landscape Trail.
Further creativity by trying an HDR process with partial Levels masks using a feathered edge.
A think a successful shoot?

You know, when I picked up a camera last summer, and when I started a 365 Days project, even when I joined FGR, I wouldn't have thought I'd be taking, then posting a shot for the "Who Farted?" group. Or posting a really long run-on sentence. But here I am. And there ya go.
