Rainbow clouds!

More formally known as cloud iridescence, which is an interesting phenomenon that happens when the water droplets or ice crystals in clouds scatter light in a way that that produces different colors, kind of like a prism. It happens most often with thin clouds, and it usually appears pretty close to the sun, which is why most people don't notice them, even though they're fairly common.
