Took this back in the spring while trucking through Indiana, just west of Indianapolis.

...I’ll be back in a minute.

Coneflowers are one of my favorite and they always remind me of firework.

Living in Northern Wisconsin surrounded by forest you need a "Back Yard Beauty" to use when you lose power which is quite often due to trees falling on power lines whenever you have a storm. It beats Going in the woods and sitting in 3 feet of snow to do your duty.

This is one of my favorite expressions. I think it's clever, funny and pretty accurate.... hahahaha

I've been planning this one for a while now. I couldn't find the exact plants I wanted but at least this telephone is amazing! Thanks Dad for another great prop!!!

Cheers!!!

I had a meeting downtown so I headed early to do some street photography. This guy is watering the bushes and I don’t think he’s homeless based on his expensive jacket, backpack and he even had a water bottle in his pack.

I was desperate and the diuretics were working well this particular day – not that there was a shortage of bushes or trees to hide in. But then I almost stumbled across this ‘wee’ house. What a wonderful surprise – there in the woods and so beautifully draped with ornaments and knick-knacks, spotlessly clean. I could have sat there for hours (with the door shut of course) listening to the chirping of the birds, the rustling of wind through the trees and the odd sheep bleating in the distance.

In Wales we call this the Ty bach ….. any of my Scottish friends know the Gaelic word/s ?? .... [http://www.flickr.com/photos/scoonie] says "Wee cludgie"

If you have chance - look in 'large' to see some of the knickknacks the lady who owned this little house had put around the place.

Book Banning is such an awful thing,... parents who want to care for their kids challenge books and then... they perhaps ar banned... Banned Book week is a great celebration... celebrate freedom of speech and press is what they want to say... and these parents who "care" for their kids i cant understand them... they let them watch tvtvtv and play violent videogames but books shall be difficult? weird ^^
