استقبل معالي ناريندرا مودي رئيس وزراء جمهورية الهند في العاصمة نيودلهي سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان وزير الخارجية والتعاون الدولي والوفد المرافق وذلك في إطار الزيارة الرسمية التي يقوم بها سموه إلى الهند.
ونقل سموه في بداية اللقاء تحيات صاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة "حفظه الله" وصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله" وصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان ولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة إلى رئيس الوزراء الهندي الذي حمل سموه تحياته إلى سموهم وتمنياته لدولة الإمارات المزيد من التقدم والازدهار.
وبحث الجانبان خلال اللقاء مجالات التعاون بين البلدين وسبل دعمها وتطويرها في مختلف القطاعات بما يضمن تحقيق تطلعات كلا البلدين، كما تم خلال اللقاء استعراض التطورات على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية وتبادل وجهات النظر تجاه عدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وأكد سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان أن العلاقات الاستراتيجية بين البلدين الصديقين شهدت نقلة نوعية كبيرة في المجالات كافة خلال السنوات الماضية وهناك حرص مستمر على تعزيزها في شتى المجالات لما فيه خير للبلدين والشعبين الصديقين.
من جانبه رحب رئيس وزراء جمهورية الهند بزيارة سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان إلى نيودلهي معرباً عن تمنياته بأن تسهم هذه الزيارة في دعم علاقات التعاون والصداقة بين البلدين الصديقين، كما أكد رئيس وزراء جمهورية الهند حرص بلاده على تعزيز علاقات الصداقة والتعاون مع دولة الإمارات بما يعزز الشراكات الثنائية التي تخدم عملية التنمية والتقدم والازدهار لمصلحة البلدين والشعبين الصديقين.

National BJP Leader Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal today congratulated the Bharatiya Janata Party led Narendra Modi Government for granting life time Indian visa to PIO's ( People of Indian Origin). Talking with the media persons at Bohapur, Ludhiana Grewal said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Madison Square Garden address in USA on 28 September 2014 had promised to do so and within 48 hours latter the GOI in its gazette notification on 30 September announced the implementation of the scheme. He said that it's very miraculous, speedy and heart warming. Grewal said that Hon'ble Prime of India Narendra Modi Government which promises and delivers has glued NRIs and PIOs worldwide with motherland India claimed. He said that PIO cards valid for life time of cardholders and now not to report to local Police Stations even if their visit exceeds 180 days shall benefit millions of Indians worldwide, this shall avoid un-necessary hardships to PIOs. Grewal also welcomes Prime Minister's announcement at MSG, New York recently that PIO scheme shall be merged with OCI ( Overseas Citizens of India ) scheme, and US citizens shall enjoy new visa rights like 10 years India visa. He claimed that it shall strengthen Indo- US friendly and business relations. And Indian Diaspora bonds with the mother India. Grewal said that it's a historic decision by a planning, moving, working and implementing Prime Minister of India Hon'ble Narendra Modi led Indian Government. He said that there is all round jubilation and celebrations among the NRIs and PIOs all around the globe and messages of Congratulations are pouring from all across the world to Central Bharatiya Janata Party Office.

Sand, land, transport, media and drug mafia nexus, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Punjab demands a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe to unearth this nexus, as the party workers and the public at large have no faith in the state police. BJP National secretary of party's Kisan Morcha Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal has demanded a probe by the Central Bereau of Investigation (CBI) against the "sand, land, transport, media and Drugs Mafia active in Punjab State for the past seven years". Talking with the media persons here today Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said it was not justified on the part of the Akalis to say that the mining department was the responsibility of the BJP. " Where has all the money gone ?" Questioned Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal. He condemned the arrest of two Ludhiana MLAs Balwinder Singh Bains and Simarjit Singh Bains in Ludhiana. Earlier the Bains brothers had announced to launch a movement in the state against illegal mining from April 20, 2015. Grewal said that it is very sad that instead of taking serious note of the issues, of illegal mining being raised by the two MLAs Balwinder Singh Bains and Simarjit Singh Bains and talking to them, Punjab Police have arrested them.

SAD-BJP alliance have started preparations for the 'Fateh Rally' being organized on February 23rd at Jagraon. National Secretary BJP Kisan Morcha and Prabhari Himachal Pradesh Advocate, Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said that four meeting have been planned so as to cover all the districts of our Punjab state. In a press statement here today he said that these worker level meetings would be jointly addressed by the SAD Patron and Punjab Chief Minister Sr. Parkash Singh Badal and our BJP Punjab State President Shri Kamal Sharma. Grewal stated that these would be joint meetings in which office-bearers and workers of both the parties would participate. He said that first worker meet today held in Amritsar February 12 at 3.00 pm at Maharaja Palace Amritsar Bye pass near Verka Chowk Amritsar in which leaders of both parties from Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Tarntaran, and Pathankot districts worker would participate. Grewal said that next second meeting would be held on February 13 at 2.00 pm at Gurdwara Nankiana Sahib Sangrur in which leaders from Sangrur, Barnala, Bathinda, Mansa, Patiala and Fatehgarh Sahib would participate. Grewal said that on February 14 two meetings would take place. He said that day the first meeting at 12.00 pm in Jagraon at the 'Fateh Rally' spot in which leaders from Ludhiana, Moga, Ferozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka and Sri Mukatsar Sahib would participate. He said that on same day second meeting would be held at 2.30 pm at Jalandhar in which leaders from Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur and Nawanshehr would participate. Grewal said that leaders and workers would be assigned duties for the success of 'Fateh Rally' of Shri Narendra Modi at Jagraon, in Punjab.
