Finally had a chance to capture our recent visitor to the inner solar system. It is growing fainter but moving further away from the twilight skies and so I have captured it here below the Summer Triangle of Deneb, Vega and Altair and the sweep of the Milky Way.
Cloud was just starting to move in at the lower region of the image.
A mist filter was used to enable the brighter stars to record as larger objects in the image to enable the constellations to be determined.

結論~
1. RAW經DSS疊圖減Dark後,明顯比單張來得乾淨,26開根號=5.1,S/N提升約為5倍。
2. Dark拍得不夠,要10~20張。最好拍攝前/中/後都拍一些,以求溫度平均。
3. 後製過重,會太假不自然,切記。
4.拍攝期間有高空薄雲通過。

此處海拔約1270mm,視野不錯,只是此季節易被雲霧覆蓋,當晚濕度100%,低空透明度不佳所以星空凸顯程度有限,夏季前往會更好。
山區四處走走,在地學習也是不錯的體驗。

此照片無法單張完成,否則星空無法呈現到這種程度,星空與地景必須分別處理。
以Nano tracker 追蹤拍攝,剔除拖線明顯的照片後再疊圖。
最後星空以30s x 40 幅經 DSS 疊圖(32b)-->Lightroom(16b)-->PS

地景為20s x 1 幅,東升的天體抓第一張,記得曝光時間要縮短或不追蹤,否則地景糊掉。
DSS疊完影像邊緣有不重疊之處,故最後整張有略將邊緣裁切,長寬比例不變。

背景那道略帶尖的光在現場目視很明顯,但04:35天文曙光才開始(日出05:51),且東方無城市的嚴重光害,又是秋季....這是我見到最明顯的一次黃道光啊! 以前沒特別注意它,這次為了找彗星,而在獅子座相見了。

秋分前後(8月中至10月中)為欣賞黃道光的最佳時機之一。黃道光為積聚在黃道面附近的微塵粒子反射太陽光所造成的景象,最亮的區域幾乎與銀河一樣亮,只是該處接近地平線,受到大氣消光效應及光害等影響,不容易看見。在天氣好、沒有光害的情況下,於日出前2~3小時內,有機會在東方天空看到如三角錐狀的黃道光亮區,底部最寬時約有40度,高度最高可接近70度。不查者,會將黃道光誤以為是曙光呢!

黃道光是在夜空中靠近太陽的地方,沿著黃道或黃道帶泛出略呈三角形的白色微光。在北半球的中緯度地區,最適合觀察黃道光的時段是春季的暮光完全消失之後的西方天空,或是秋季曙光出現之前的東方天空。
