Nirvana Memorial Park ( 富貴山莊~~私營風景墓園 ) is a famous public memorial park in Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia. The longest dragon statue in Malaysia is located here. It is 1,000 feet long and the inside has boxes for placement of the deads' ashes. It is fully air conditioned inside.

Nirvana for one (modified from Sunset magazine and titled by me. :-)
1TB olive oil
1 shallot clove (you could use onion)
Orange zest, about a tsp ( Sunset used lemon)
1/4 cup or a little more cream
2 oz smoked salmon
Sugar plum tomatoes (because I had some)
fresh cracked pepper
fresh dill
Pasta of choice (I had casarecce)
Salt and boil water for pasta and cook according to directions.
Sautee shallot in olive oil until translucent.
Add cream, orange zest, salmon, tomatoes and heat through.
Season with pepper.
Add drained pasta and top with fresh dill.
Don't let the dog have any.
