Another shot of the strange jumpers found last Friday,
still unsure what they are,
went back to location and
caught this one just as she had caught some dinner ,
just before i had flash drama's.

Typology reflecting, and possibly drawn from, the Latin hymn Ave maris stella(though it can be traced back to Irenaeus, Adversus haereses in the 2nd cent.
The hymn plays on the fact that the "Ave" (Hail!) with which the archangel Gabriel greets the Virgin Mary at the annunciation reverses "Eva" (Eve) who first transgressed by eating the fruit of the tree in the Garden of Eden. Eve is shown on the other side of the tympanum - see next picture in the stream.
The Latin of the hymn is:
Sumens illud ave, Gabrielis ore
Funda nos in pace, mutans Evae nomen
Receiving that "hail" from Gabriel's mouth
Establish us in peace, changing Eve's name.
Message from Joseph Schubert "Joseph Schubert Same species again, the females are incredibly variable. The species name of this one's sister species (mutans) is the Latin word for changing, a reference to the fact that females are highly variable in appearance."

An interkingdom assemblage formed by fungi (Candida albicans in blue), bacteria (Streptococcus mutans in green), and bacteria-derived extracellular polymers (α-glucans in red) in human saliva.

This is a scanning electron microscopy image of the biofilm formed by Streptococcus mutans, a major etiological agent of dental caries, in the presence of the main dietary sugar, sucrose. High-resolution imaging allowed us to visualize highly structured and organized but sometimes mysterious bacterial communities.

Very difficult to see in its habitat.
The brushed long third legs are waved erect when courting females and are quite a sight to see,I have caught them on video as well. The video on the this camera is really good and is always available on another button.
