Tang Yuan, a.k.a ronde (Indonesian), or similarly called chè xôi nước in southern Vietnam is originated in China. Made with glutinous rice flour, mixed with water and formed into balls. It can be filled or unfilled, with popular choice of ground peanuts and sugar, ground black sesame seed, and red bean paste. It is served in sweet liquid, infused with ginger. For other variety, other spices such as clove, cinnamon stick, lemon grass and star anise can be added into the sweet soup. Traditionally eaten during Yuanxiao or the Lantern Festival, now this sweet dish is eaten year round.

I have been working on a new stickerdesign for when my second kid is born.
It will be printed next week, but you won't see it on the streets before june. :-)
Bonkers processed several different ways, (including with my BumpCam program), in the bedroom in Kitahiroshima in February of 2019.
Shot was taken at the wonderful view of Diamond Hotel in Manila, while I was attending day 3 of the 52nd Philippine Pediatric Society Annual Convention.
As you can see, there are some soft spots on the shots, that's because the window is permanently sealed (thus, can't slide it away) and adds to another glass variable to the equation. Also, I didn't bring my complete photography gear, like the tripod and a shutter remote. So I was doing alot of MacGyver stuff here and this is the best I can do =/
Hope you still like this shot even if it is far from what others would deem perfect.
I will be posting more shots of my stay in Manila in the coming days. Take this as a teaser.

ODC2 - Photoshop terms. This could be several, but I think Multiply and Layers are most appropriate. I had so many ideas for this subject, but I thought I needed to practice these.
What can I say?....I'm bored and tired. It feels like I am everywhere, just lying around doing nothing. But it's just one more day in school and then I can sleep.
I have wanted to do a multiplicity photo with myself sitting in my own lap and this is a first try.
A poster in the administrative offices of the abandoned Carnation West Oakland ice cream and milk factory. Established in 1928, the factory was closed in the late 1980s and was finally demolished sometime between 2012 and 2014.

Mille volti di me, un gioco, un'immagine che si spezza su 2 specchi, ma sempre e comunque sulla stessa linea.
Toronto Animal Services' small animal room (where my daughter volunteers) is full to bursting at the moment. There are 10 rabbits who need homes, plus a guinea pig. This is especially bad because Easter (notorious for rabbit dumping in the aftermath) is next weekend! So we're assaulting you with cuteness.
Fred & George (above) have been at the shelter for SIX MONTHS. The poor brothers were abandoned in an apartment when their owners moved out. They are super-friendly and cuddly and are getting tired of being at the shelter.
