The three-level complex has been under construction for a year and a half between Colombo, Lichfield and Tuam Sts, opened on September 28, 2019.
EntX will replace the eight-screen Moorhouse Ave facility which cinema chain Hoyts lost in the earthquakes. It will be the company's third multiplex in Christchurch and 11th in New Zealand, and the second in the country with large "xtremescreens", recliner seats and in-cinema dining.

The first multiplex opened in Britain in 1985 at Milton Keynes. This was an immediate success for cinema operators and patrons alike. This style of cinema, which now co-existed with ample car parking and restaurant facilities, has been responsible for a vital upturn in the popularity of film. There are two large multiplex cinemas in the Medway towns situated at Cuxton and Chatham Dockside.

US 30 and IA 37 are together for only three blocks in Dunlap. But like the US 30/IA 141 multiplex in Denison, US 30 and IA 37 run in opposite directions. This is heading southwest.
I know its not the best picture (sorry for my reflection) but this shows you that the radio numbers light up.
Poster Overview
In the last 10 years, environmental DNA (eDNA) method has become a robust and powerful tool for detecting and quantifying aquatic species. In western Europe, three brackish and freshwater invasive fish species; Neogobius melanostomus, Proterorhinus semilunaris and Neogobius kessleri are spreading through canal and rivers, outcompeting and consuming local and endangered native species. Here, six tributaries of the Meuse rivers were monitored by intensive electrofishing and eDNA method. Using ddPCR and multiplexing, we detected and quantified eDNA traces. We then compared the results of detection and quantification using traditional methods. We were able to detect these three-invasive fish in all locations found positive to their presence using electrofishing and, in several tributaries, found to be free of the presence of any of these fish using traditional methods. Furthermore, the quantification of eDNA was positively corelated with abundance data collected using electrofishing and was found to give reliable and cost-efficient results.
Biography
My name is Quentin Mauvisseau. I’m a French PhD student in Derby University since April 2017. My research deal with environmental DNA and the assessment of habitat quality of freshwater systems using this method. I’m graduated from a bachelor’s degree and from a first year of Master’s Degree from the University of Tours (France). I'm also graduated from a second year of Master’s degree from the University of Poitiers (France). I worked as research assistant at the University of Oviedo (Spain) and as voluntary staff worker at the University of KULeuven (Belgium) before starting my PhD. Both contracts were related to eDNA topics.
