Multiple Candle, Use depth-of-field to emphasize distance...

This is a 2-shot multiple exposure (combined in-camera).

The first exposure (of me) is a static shot with flash.

Shutter speed: 1s

Focal length: 18mm

The second exposure (of the lights) I zoomed to 105mm whilst panning to the right. I also manually took the shot out of focus prior to taking the exposure and turned off the main light in the room.

Shutter speed: 3s

Post Processing:

Adobe Camera Raw - cropping, playing with colours and dark levels etc.

PS - smudging the central point of the lights to take out the lamp-stand.

Today, I found myself in the company of some real assholes. Full of bad habits, foul language and a really annoying predilection for pretentious pedantry.

As seen in Birmingham...and Multiplied with the help of GMIC.

Cliffs, Dunmore East & Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, accidental multiple exposure

Played around with multiple exposure & the Daisies at our one picnic stop on Day 2 ... somewhere between Dryden Ontario & Thunder Bay ! Still have to play with that technique more, but it felt good to trip the shutter that many times in a short timespan !! ...

This is an example of multiple subjects because there is more than one subject.

Five colors to choose from for the keyboard. Not shown here is the white color.

having recently being diagnosed as deaf, i need to photograph to express how i felt about it, i felt hurt and embarrassed. but I've gradually seen through that and realised the positives

Slow day at they lake today so I thought I'd capture some multiple exposures (in-camera) of azaleas

Theoretically, modelling a multiple bonk system is more difficult than modelling a binary bonk, as the dynamical system involved, the n-bonk problem, may exhibit chaotic behavior.

Many configurations of small groups of bonks are found to be unstable, as eventually one bonk will approach another closely and be accelerated so much that it will escape from the system. This instability can be avoided if the system is what Johnson has called hierarchical. In a hierarchical system, the bonks in the system can be divided into two smaller groups, each of which traverses a larger orbit around the system's center of mass. Each of these smaller groups must also be hierarchical, which means that they must be divided into smaller subgroups which themselves are hierarchical, and so on.

In this case, the bonks' motion will continue to approximate stable Gullichsenian orbits around the system's center of mass, unlike the more complex dynamics of the large number of bonks in bonk clusters.
