I liked the idea of the different materials (metal gate, wooden fence, barb wire and chain) but its not from a perspective that allowed good separation of tones. Had I been on the other side and at a lower angle I could have had the open prairie as a backdrop and purposely blown out the sky.
Another lesson slightly closer to being learned...
