Edited in TruEmbroidery, base of Five Star Fonts candlemats, used ZippyDesignz Quiltees for the quilting, cut out the center of the quilting and added Urban Threads Raven design. Side strips edited in to piece ITH. Stitched the lettering twice as I wanted it to stand out more.

I love Japan. This kanji means "love". I can recognize 'cause my favorite manga is "video Girl Ai" by Masakatsu Katsura.

a few more early xmas gifts from mom and dad when we were in chicago this weekend for our annual xmas trip....made a stop at urban outfitters and *finally* got a wreck this journal (and two mouse pad note pads-yay!)...oh i've been soooo wanting this for awhile now! can't wait to get started! watch for more pix to come :)

There are places to work and places to do nothing at all. In the current adventures of Return to Parsing, it is a mixed match meld of the two. Over looking King Street Wharf on two of the three sides, it's hell with harbour views. Only it's not really hell and more a luxury in doing what grammar and style demons are all about.
Note the awkward nature of the cabinet underneath the desk and the angle of the computer and keyboard. Ergonomically unsound to the extreme, it's a placing made to look out into the harbour and wharf. Otherwise, just the plain view of blinds or the face/back of the head of the bloke on the cubicle in the right off panel.
And yes, it's super fine ears that pick up a whispering phone when not looking at the display flash red with an incoming.

Update: Turns out the centre speaker broke because of the UK power being different to the Australian standard or something, so that's why they're all weird. So now I have a 4.1 set, and I need to get some new ones sometime. :(
