Chatham-Kent Fire, EMS and Ontario Provincial police responded to a vehicle rollover where the vehicle left HWY401. The vehicle went through a total of three ditches, across another two lane road, and came to rest about 30 metres in a field.

Chatham-Kent Fire Service, Station 18 in Blenheim was paged out for a Motor Vehicle Collision involving two vehicles, one of which was in a ditch with water. Video of 18-11 responding, and on scene footage. The two occupants of the vehicle in the dtich required extrication before being transported to hospital.

Chatham-Kent firefighters from Station 15 Raleigh North rescued an elderly couple Friday afternoon on Bloomfield Road south of the 401. The couples pick-up truck left the roadway, rolled and came to rest on its side in a ditch with water in it. With-in 10 minutes, the couple were out of the vehicle and being checked by paramedics in the ambulance. According to C-K police on scene, the injuries are not life threatening. The incident is under investigation by police.

A head on collision between a Chatham-Kent ambulance and a minivan resulted in one person being airlifted to a trauma centre in London, and the two paramedics to be transported by land ambulance to separate hospitals.

On Hallowe'en night 2015, Detroit Police and Fire responded to Federal St. at Livernois Ave. for a single vehicle collision. The Dodge Dakota struck a power pole causing a power outage and a transformer to blow.
Chatham-Kent Fire Service, Station 15 was paged for a motor vehicle collision at kilometre marker 86 on highway 401 eastbound.
Two vehicles were involved and extrication was required.
The injuries of those involved were not life threatening.
Windsor Fire & Rescue Services, Engine 3.
Windsor Fire responded to a three vehicle MVC at the intersection of Howard Ave. and Grand Marais Rd. E. The collision produced only superficial injuries.

Chatham-Kent Fire Service, Station 16 responded to an MVC on Tuesday April 1, 2014. Two occupants of a Ford Sport Track were injured, and were transported to hospital. The cause of the crash has not yet been released.
Chatham-Kent Fire Service, unit 2-14 was involved in a minor collision at Grand Ave. and St. Clair St. on January 24. Unit 2-14 suffered almost no damage, while the minivan involved had minor damage.
Chatham-Kent Fire station 11 responded to a single vehicle rollover, where one person was transported to hospital on July 6, 2015.
Chatham-Kent Fire, EMS, and Police were dispatched for a two vehicle MVC at Wellington Street East and Prince Street South just before 17:30 on May 13 2014 that involved a police cruiser.
According to CKReview.ca; a witness stated that a Grand Prix was northbound on Price and failed to stop for a stop sign. The cruiser was westbound on Wellington and did not have a stop sign. The Grand Prix failed to yield, which caused the cruiser and the civilian car to collide.
The officer who was driving the cruiser was transported to PGH with minor injuries to his arms and legs.
Chatham-Kent Fire Service, at 9:56 a.m., Station 4 responded to a two vehicle head on collision, where male had to be extricated from a work van. Ornge Air Ambulance was dispatched from London and landed in a field beside the scene, where the male was packaged and transported to London in apparent critical condition.

On February 9, Chatham-Kent Police, Fire and EMS responded to a vehicle rollover involving an Ontario Provincial Police cruiser. The officer was in pursuit of a vehicle on Pioneer Line. Apparent poor road conditions could have played a factor. The officer suffered only minor injuries. No further information is available at this time.
On the afternoon of September 12 2014, Chatham-Kent Fire Service, unit 2-11 had just been picked up from the shop, placed back in service, and was en-route to quarters. It is not clear exactly what transpired, but what can be said for certain is that a small passenger vehicle and unit 2-11 collided at the intersection of Park Ave. E. and Park Lane. An elderly female from the car was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

C-K Fire responded to a single vehicle rollover on Selton Line neae Knoll Road on April 25, 2014.
The vehicle ended up in a field down an embankment, and had to be pulled up by a heavy tow truck.
The extent of the injuries sustained from the crash are no known.
Just before 14:30 hours on May 10 2014, Chatham-Kent Fire, EMS and Ontario Provincial Police were called to a collision involving a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle on Highway 401.
Initially dispatch reported that a tractor-trailer flipped and crushed a passenger vehicle. O.P.P. arrived and advised that the car was not under the tractor-trailer.
According to the O.P.P. the tractor-trailer was traveling westbound when it crossed the grass median and struck an eastbound vehicle.
The highway was completely shut down and S-K Fire Station 12 attended the scene again some time later to extricate to people from the wreckage of the passenger vehicle. Both people, a male, and a female youth lost their lives as a result of the collision.
