This was a project for my Advanced Motion Graphics class. The assignment was to advertise a product or service to a demographic I myself am not a part of.
Jenna is a photographer and does shoot weddings but we will not be back in Alaska til November of 2011. The purpose of this piece was for the school project, not really to advertise Jenna's photographic services. I've been brushing up on my Adobe Illustrator knowledge. I've been using the program for almost 10 years, but haven't always kept up with all the new features as upgrades were released. Here I just created some basic shapes while learning new techniques. Then, since I'm brushing up on my After Effects skills as well, I brought it into AE to animate the lines and shapes revealing on and rotating, creating some whirligigs and whatnot.
