This is a short PSA designed to encourage people to think about their energy usage and conserve. It was made using Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and the sound was made using Garage Band.
Based on an initial design by Lucas Nickerson, I designed and developed these in VIZRT. They were seen on ABC and ESPN during the 2009-10 NBA Season.

Background: Universal Hallmark channel invited Radium Audio to give the channel a refresh for 2010.
How we did it: Our aim for this project was to create something special and unique for Universal. The music follows a main theme, and within each of the channels shows we decided to create personalities which reflected the tone, mood and feel of the characters on screen. We developed our theme using a "swiss" born instrument called the Hang Drum. The Hang Drum's "hammered" steel construction create's a series of excitable tone fields giving our theme a beautiful, resonant intonation. We then produced the theme using detailed editing and glitch effects, allowing the shimming accent of the Hang Drum to emphasise and reflect the characters within each ident.
Sounds we created include: Music Scores, Instrument recording, Editing, SFX, Idents, Direction.

Intro genérica para material audiovisual de Monos con Pincel. (me he metido un poco más en after effects y para mi esto es un buen avance)
Back before we had desktops computers to do this kind of stuff, I was doing motion control / motion graphics at an animation shop called AN-FX Productions located in Portland, Oregon .
Taking high-contrast film (kodaliths), I'd create the "3D" look by hand using multiple-exposure photography in conjunction with isolation mattes to build up a final image. There were about 10 separate camera passes needed in this image to achieve the desired look.
