With the 2008 presidential election, Americans face a pivotal choice between not just two candidates, but two paradigms. We need someone who understands the complexity of our time. Someone who believes in investing in renewable energy, in education, in women's rights, in civil rights, in healthcare for Americans. Someone who believes in dealing with global issues with diplomacy so we can restore our respect in the world. Barack Obama represents the change we need and can lead us into a brighter future.
“Vote For Hope” was written to encourage and inspire the hip hop generation—and everyone—to get involved, and contribute their time, energy, creativity, and other resources to be the change they want to see in the world. We have been inspired by the artistic and musical contributions that have been pouring out accross the nation in support of Barack Obama's campaign. Vote for Hope is our offering to this creative movement. It is our way of adding our small voice to the collective voice of millions of Americans calling for a change.
To see what we mean, check out this great speech from a worthy leader: www.youtube.com/watch?v=cM79CxHGhlY

Project: Behind the Scenes Recording Guns
Production Company: 226 Radium Films
Director: 226 Radium Films
Motion Graphics: Clemens Wirth - Austria
Film Kit: Canon 5D Mk II
Background: We wanted to capture a behind the scenes to demonstrate our approach at Radium Audio.
This film is was shot by us, music - sound designed and edited and we commissioned Clemens Wirth to create the after fx you see layered on top.
The purpose of the film is to capture the approach and support the recent commissions from The Mill and Sky One with 100% genuine sounds.
We were commissioned by The Mill to sound design & edit the music for the new Codemasters “Bodycount” promo for E3.
And also by Sky One to create music and sound for a new promo with LL Cool J - NCIS TV. Radium founder Andrew Diey has a background in game development and has worked on over 25 games and our approach is to always capture and record sounds for what we work on. We cannot go into too much detail about the gun day, but we recorded all the sounds and our promo work contains 100% original source material, from the guns to the score.
How we did it: Set up the mic, testing levels, choose the guns from the armory, lock, load, gun handling, foley,
we didnt want to add any gun sounds to our first, but give you an alternative take on sound design.
Sounds we created include: All Music & Sound Design

New York based Production Company Flicker Flacker Films approached Rushes MGFX Studio to design and create ‘in scene’ HUD elements for a high-end corporate video they were producing. Having seen our Iron Man/HUD test online, our style hit their brief and we began working together, creating worked up scenes for them to slot into their edit.
The overall idea was to create interactive head up display elements that would reflect and represent the software that the film was showcasing. Working closely with the guys at Flicker Flacker allowed the project to evolve as it went along, refining sections and adapting elements as the project progressed. Using the time difference to our advantage meant we could generate elements during the day UK time, for upload and review overnight, keeping the workflow smooth and efficient.
“Design wise, the project was a nice mix of content creation and client element implementation, so we had a sound cohesive base with the software elements they provided, but could embellish them with our own designs” Brad Le Riche says, “The most challenging part of the job was trying to make the graphics seem cohesive with the scene, making them work with the main protagonists’ movements.”
The end result was a very clean looking, sophisticated corporate video, that nicely married the clients software elements with a clean holographic interface creating the futuristic look that Flicker Flacker were keen to achieve.
“This is our third data graphic driven sequence, we seem to be carving a nice reputation for this kind of work, and one we are all keen to kindle. Every designer loves creating smart slick data graphics, and we have had the chance to some beautiful work on this project with a very supportive client.

This is my final thesis project. I created info-graphic, motion piece. My objective is to make Japanese people to think about that everything happening here in Japan, isn't that normal. So I created this video from foreigner's point of view, rather than Japanese people's point of view.
Both English and Japanese versions are available.
Btw, please don't call me racist, cuz I am one of short, small eyes Japanese ;P
