The Sand Motor is an innovative method for coastal protection. It is a huge volume of sand that has been applied along the coast of the province South-Holland at Ter Heijde in 2011. Wind, waves and currents will spread the sand naturally along of South-Holland coastline. It's like building with nature. The Sand Motor will gradually change in shape and will eventually befully incorporated into the dunes and the beach. The coast will be broader and safer. This is my first build for the ABS Builder Challenge. It depicts a door from the Pixar movie Monsters Inc.
*My door is not lime green
Judith and I had a little fun w/ my grandma's cute sculpture of two angels inspecting the underside of a little boy's bed for monsters, LOL!
One year ago today, the town held a Monster Bingo as part of its 200 Celebration [sic], and it was monstrously well attended I was pleased with how my 100-400 lens allowed me to shoot from the periphery but still capture good expressions. And the background is well blurred too.

I made some new shirts for my Monsters. I'm obsessed by print t-shirts so even my dolls need them :P
These three cookie monsters are so silly and funny. It was not easy to choose one picture, since they were having fun. Julen and Miquel are the kids from one of my very best friends. We don't see us as frequently as we would like to, but is so nice how our kids really love each other and ask to us to meet more to spend more time together.
Monster with cherry on top is the first guy from my character collection and this guy is the second. The plan is to make 7 different monsters with different color schemes.

THE MONSTERS (Trash / Garage / Punk)
The Monsters where formed in 1986 in Bern, capital of Switzerland. Their sound is a fuzzedout mix between 60ies garage punk, wild teenage trash rockabilly and primitive rock‘n‘roll. Its 187% no MTV and top 100 shit! The Monsters are a kickass live band who will burn every stage down. Over the years The Monsters recorded 7 albums, several singles and EP's and appeared on countless compilations.
